河南网通PSTN基于软交换的智能化改造规划设计

【摘要】 本文探讨了下一代网络中业务的特点,提出了下一代业务的多媒体特性、开放特性、个性化特性、虚拟业务特性、智能特性等观点。同时文章也探讨了在以软交换为核心的下一代网络中可能的几种业务提供方式,指出业务提供方式在考虑与现有网络兼容的前提下逐步向更加开放的架构以及能快速提供和部署业务的方向发展。为了及时推出新颖的业务,快速抢占电信市场,河南网通开始进行了重大网络变革,既实施网络智能化工程。该工程是利用NGN中的软交换技术,通过对汇接层的改造和设置全网集中的数据库,实现业务属性与端局的分离,对现存的网络结构进行优化、调整,屏蔽端局的差异性,实现全网业务的集中控制、统一管理,解决全网业务的触发问题。与此同时,随着网络的发展,可以基于NGN网络,更加迅捷地推出新型的增值业务平台,利用城域网快速部署终端用户,提供差异化服务,确立竞争优势,帮助运营商实现战略运营目标。本文研究的目的也是应用软交换技术实现现有网络的智能化。结合河南网通进行的网络智能化工程,该论文还描述了基于软交换方式,利用智能平台推出的一号通业务、立即转移等新业务,设计了这些新业务实现的具体方案,以及存在业务嵌套时的解决方案,分析和综述了工程实施步骤等内容。综上所述,网络智能化工程完成后,将增强河南网通的综合实力,促进市场竞争,有利于改善通信服务质量和推动国民经济的发展,将会取得良好的社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article has discussed in the next generation network the service characteristic, proposed next generation viewpoint. And so on service multimedia characteristic - opening characteristic, individuality characteristic, hypothesized service characteristic, intelligent characteristic. Simultaneously the article has also discussed in take the soft exchange as in the core next generation network the possible several provision of service way, pointed out the provision of service way gradually as well as can fast provide under the consideration and the existing network compatible premise to a more open overhead construction with the deployment service direction develops.In order to promptly promotes the service, fast seized the telecommunication market, the Henan telecomunication starts to carry on the significant network to transform, as to implemented the network intellectualization project. This project is uses in NGN the Softswitch technology, through to joins the database which the level the transformation and the entire net concentrates, the realization service attribute and the end bureau’s separation, carries on the optimization, the adjustment to the extant network architecture, the shield end bureau’s difference, realizes the entire net service common control, the unification management, solves the entire net service to trigger the question.At the same time, along with the network development, may based on the NGN network, faster promote the new increment service platform, the use city territory net fast deployment terminal user, provides the difference service, the establishment competitive advantage, helps the operation business realization strategy operation goal.Unifies network intellectualization project which the Henan net passes carries on, described with emphasis based on the soft switching scheme, which the union intelligence platform promoted has passed the service, shifts and so on immediately the new service, has designed these new service realizations concrete plans, as well as time the existence service nesting solution, analyzed and summarized content and so on project implementation step.In summary, after the network intellectualization project completes, will strengthen the net to pass the Henan subsidiary company the comprehensive strength, will promote the market competition, will be advantageous and impels the national economy to the improvement correspondence grade of service the development, will be able to obtain the good social efficiency.更多还原
