【摘要】 在经济一体化向纵深发展的今天,任何企业的生存与发展都不可避免地要参与国际竞争。对电信运营企业而言,实施国际化经营战略,加速自身向国际性企业转变,是企业做大作强、由国内市场向国际市场发展的必由之路。在中央政府和电信行业倡导实施“走出去”战略的今天,积极实施资本运作战略对推动我国电信运营企业的国际化进程具有极为现实而重要的意义。本文首先介绍了本课题研究的重要性以及理论和实践意义;其次对资本运作的相关理论和内容进行了简单的介绍,同时概述了我国电信运营企业现阶段实施资本运作的特点和现状;然后通过对两家国际电信运营企业进行多元化资本运作案例的详细分析,得出了值得我国电信运营企业学习和借鉴的几个方面;最后结合案例和实际问题总结出我国电信运营企业在海外进行资本运作时需要注意的几个问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today with the economic integration of world, every enterprise’s subsistence and development unavoidable depend on international compete. To the telecom enterprise, implement international business stratagem and change itself to international company in fast, it is that enterprise from little to big, from domestic market to international market the only way. Today, central government and telecom industry advocate our telecom enterprise actualize "go out" stratagem. Base on improve production operation, implement capital operation stratagem have real and important meaning for our country telecom operating enterprise.Firstly, in this thesis introduced significance of study this problem, theory and practice meaning. Secondly, summarized the basic theories and contents of capital operation, abstract the status of capital operation of domestic telecom operation enterprises at the present. Thirdly, detailed analysis the international telecom operation enterprise’s case of multiplication capital operation, based on these, we obtain several advised. Finally, I given several ideas to domestic telecom operator make capital operation in the oversea.更多还原
