内地电子分销企业当前的战略选择

【副题名】基于KSW公司竞争战略的研究

【摘要】 本文试图运用战略管理学知识,通过对电子分销行业及KSW公司自身的资源的分析论述,找到符合KSW公司的竞争战略。KSW公司在内地电子分销企业中较具有代表性,研究KSW公司的竞争战略,可以对内地电子分销企业选择竞争战略有一定指导意义。中国电子分销市场格局较为复杂,分销商的类型也多种多样。要研究KSW公司的战略,则必须研究整个分销市场的特点。本文从KSW所处的中国电子分销市场的竞争状况的研究入手,运用SWOT分析法、波特五力模型分析法、PEST分析法,结合迈克尔·波特的竞争战略理论,对行业及KSW公司进行研究,找到行业竞争的关键要素并根据KSW公司自身的特点,确定适合KSW公司选择的竞争战略,从而对内地电子分销商当前的竞争战略选择起到一定的指导和借鉴作用。文中提出KSW公司应该选择集中的竞争战略,并指出了实现集中战略的途径。

【Abstract】 This paper tries to find KSW company competitive strategy and China inland distribution competitive strategy by adopting strategical management knowledge and analysis on electronics distribution & KSW company resources. KSW is a typical China inland electronics distribution company; the study on competitive strategy of this company has instructive meaning for the same background companies. Electronics distribution market in China is complex with various types of distributors. To study KSW strategy, we need analyze the characters of the whole distribution market first. Beginning from analysis on competitive situation, applying SWOT, 5 forces, PEST methodologies, combining the competitive strategy of Michael Porter, this thesis studies the industry and KSW to find key competition elements and suitable competitive strategy to give China inland electronics distributors instructive and referential support. This paper brings forward KSW’s concentrated competitive strategy, and approaches to realize it.
