【摘要】 随着VOIP技术的不断发展,网络电话已经进入人类社会生活的各个领域。网络电话以其方便的接入、低廉的运营成本、安全的通话保证,成为众多用户的首选。VOIP系统一般由IP电话终端、网关(GATEWAY)、网守(GATEKEEPER)、网管系统、计费系统等几部分组成。做为VOIP系统的重要组成部分,目前大多数的计费系统只是对用户的呼叫进行费用计算,并提供简单的单据和统计报表,但这些功能对于企业级的用户来说是远远不够的,这些高端用户往往需要一个高性能的IP电话计费与综合营账系统,该系统能够大幅降低运营成本、提升服务质量和管理水平。本课题根据上述的实际需求,提出并设计了一个基于VOIP运营级的计费系统,该系统是一个大型IP电话计费与综合营账系统的结合,用B/S结构开发模式,由J2EE技术实现。本文先简单介绍了VOIP基本原理和目前几种常见的计费系统,再详细阐述了该系统的整体构架、业务层设计、数据采集及数据库的设计,同时对计费的准确性进行了研究,并对系统现状进行了分析,最后提出了优化的思想和方法。VOIP运营级计费系统已通过业务功能测试、压力测试等,功能和性能已达到预先期望的目标,目前已经在湖北邮政,北京万林克通信有限公司等VOIP系统里运行,运行状况良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of VOIP technology, Internet telephony has entered the human society in all areas of life. Its telephone network to facilitate access, low operating costs, guarantee the safety of calls, the first choice for many users. VOIP system from the general IP phones, gateways (GATEWAY), Gatekeeper (GATEKEEPER), network management systems, billing systems of several parts. VOIP system as an important component of the majority of the current billing system is the user’s call for costs, and provide the appropriate documentation and statistics. But these features for enterprise-level users, it is not enough, and these high-end users often need a high-performance IP telephone billing system and integrated camps, the system can significantly reduce operating costs, improve service quality and management level. According to the above-mentioned topics the actual demand for proposed and designed a carrier-class VOIP-based billing system, The system uses B/S structure development model, J2EE technology. which is a large-scale IP telephony and integrated billing system with a tent, we first introduced the VOIP simple and basic tenets of several regular see the billing system, further elaborated on the overall framework of the system, Web tents system, the design of data collection, database design, while billing the accuracy of the research and analysis of the status of system proposed Optimization of the ideas and methods.VOIP Enterprise Billing System has been adopted by business function testing, error process testing, pressure testing, functional and performance expectations have reached the goal in advance, and it is now used by Beijing Vanlink Communication & Technology Co.,Ltd .and running well.更多还原
