郑州申通速递服务有限公司竞争力研究

【摘要】 在我国,快递是一个发展迅速的朝阳产业。适应国内巨大的快递需求,民营快递公司应运而生,并在短时间内成长壮大起来。然而,面对中国邮政的政策倾斜和外资快递的大举进入,我国民营快递企业如何应对,并在竞争中找到出路,是众多民营快递企业考虑的问题。本文根据企业竞争力的相关理论,结合快递行业的特征,对郑州申通速递服务有限公司的基本情况和存在的问题进行详细的分析。并在此基础上,构建了该企业竞争力评价体系。通过对评价指标的计算和分析,总结出郑州申通公司的优势和劣势并提出建设性意见。文章第一部分通过对企业竞争力相关理论的阐述,归纳出企业竞争力的三大构成要素:企业资源、企业能力和企业外部环境。第二部分结合快递行业的特征,及该企业自身的实际情况,构建了该企业竞争力评价体系。最后,根据郑州申通公司知识型人才缺乏、管理制度不完善、市场潜力挖掘不够和缺乏企业文化、品牌意识的实际情况,提出制定合理的绩效考评和奖惩制度、提高服务质量和服务水平、深入挖掘市场潜力、不断学习创新等措施。随着民营快递企业在快递市场份额的不断扩大和对我国经济发展贡献的不断增长,对民营快递企业竞争力的研究也就显得必不可少了。笔者希望通过对郑州申通公司竞争力的研究为其它民营快递公司提供一些参考。

【Abstract】 In China, Express Delivery is a rising industry which is rapidly developing. Due to the big demands of China market, private express enterprises emerged as the times required and grew up swiftly. However, facing the policy inclining to the China post EMS and the plentiful entering of the international express enterprises, how to reply and how to find the way of competition is still unsettled for the internal private enterprises.In this article, based on the correlative theories of competitiveness, the circumstances and the problems of Shen Tong Express Delivery Service Corporation in Zhengzhou are detailed analyzed. And then, the competitiveness appraise system is built according to the front analyses. The strength and weakness of Shen Tong Express Delivery Service Corporation in Zhengzhou are all summed up by the calculation and analyses of the appraise system. In the first part of the article, three inscapes are summed up, they are the resources, abilities and external environments of an enterprise. After that, integrating the characters of express industry, the competitiveness appraise system of Shen Tong Express Delivery Service Corporation in Zhengzhou are formed. At last, after the calculation and analyses, the improving measures are brought forward, such as establishing reasonable performance、rewards and punishments systems, improving service quality and service level, keeping learning and innovating, and so on.It is necessary to study the competitiveness of private express enterprises, because the market share of private enterprises is becoming larger and larger and the contributions to Chinese economy are becoming more and more. It is hoped to promote some references to other express enterprises through this article.
