随机激励下隔振系统分析及隔振器的研究

【摘要】 随机振动作为一种在实际工程中广泛存在的振动形式,受到学术界及工程界的广泛关注,在研究领域也取得了一定的成果。本论文研究工作是为了掌握隔振系统及其组成元件的特性,以指导实际工程中的设计工作及生产。隔振系统可分为线性和非线性的。本文针对实际工程中的隔振系统,应用扫频试验的方法,求出系统的共振频率,针对不同的装机条件,来选择合适的隔振器;应用求线性系统在随机激励下的响应解的方法进行分析,得出了响应解;结合具体算例和试验,总结出工程中的计算方法及常用设计准则。隔振器作为一种有效的隔振元件,有多种形式。本文针对无谐振峰及钢丝绳隔振器,对其隔振机理及隔振效果展开分析和研究,总结出:即使在无“谐振”隔振条件下,系统固有频率仍是影响隔振效果的主要因素,前者比较适用于机载电子设备;后者适用于有大冲击要求、条件恶劣的场合,如装甲车载。影响隔振效果的因素很多,其中安装底板的柔性是主要因素。本文应用四端参数法展开分析,得出一些在工程中的设计准则。

【Abstract】 As an available vibration mode, the random vibration is widely discussed in the academic and engineering field, and some achievements have been achieved in them. This thesis tries to fully study the characteristic of the vibration isolation system and its components ,so that to direct the product design and manufacture in the industry.The vibration isolation system is divided into linearity and nonlinearity. In this thesis, by pointing to the vibration isolation system in the engineering, and applying the testing method of the frequency sweep, the resonant frequency of the system is determined, and the right vibration isolator is chosen for the different installation conditions; the response solution is educed when to analog by using the method of the response solution of the determined linearity system under the random driving;the calculation method and the universal design criteria of the engineering are summarized by combining the concrete arithmetic samples and the tests.The vibration isolator has many modes as an effective vibration isolation unit. In this thesis, the discipline and performance of the vibration isolation are analyzed and studied for the non-resonance peak and the steel cable vibration isolator, and the summary is like this: even if it is under the condition of no“resonant”vibration isolation, the inherent frequency of the system is still the main factor to jam the vibration isolation’s effect. The former applies to the airborne electronic equipment; and the latter applies to the large shock request and the inclement situation, such as armored airborne.There are many factors to disturb the vibration isolation system, but the flexibility of the installing base is one of the main factors. In this thesis, some useful principles for products design are all given by using the quadrille parameters’researching methods.
