【摘要】 广西是我国最大的产糖省和世界食糖主产区之一,食糖产量约占全国总产量的60%,经过二十多年的努力,广西制糖工业已经发展成为广西经济的支柱和中国糖业的支柱。制糖工业虽属典型的传统产业,但其产业链较长,形成如蔗糖食品深加工、甘蔗能源、蔗渣造纸等衍生业,极具创新潜力和发展空间。面对当前国内外糖业市场的激烈竞争,广西蔗糖业(含制糖工业及其衍生业)要做大做强,提高产业竞争力,实现循环经济,走可持续性发展道路,就必须拥有自己的核心技术和产品,形成自主知识产权。因此,开展广西蔗糖业技术创新中的专利战略研究,具有十分重要的现实意义。与以往单纯通过分析产业的发展现状和经贸状况来寻找产业振兴之路的方法不同,本文从技术创新与专利互动关系的角度,运用专利信息分析方法,通过比较分析广西与国内外制糖专利和制糖衍生业专利技术的情况,找出广西蔗糖业与国内外同行之间的差距,指出广西蔗糖业技术创新与专利有机结合过程中存在的问题及造成问题存在的深层原因,并为今后在制糖工艺和制糖衍生业技术领域研发方向的选择以及蔗渣造纸技术国外商业机会的寻求提供了参考性建议,提出了适合广西蔗糖业发展的技术创新模式和相应的专利战略,以及政府、产业(企业)等层面促进广西蔗糖业技术创新与专利战略实施的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guangxi is the largest sugar producing province in China and one of the main sugar producing areas in the world, sugar production accounting for about 60 percents of the total output. With the efforts in the past two decades, Guangxi’s sugar producing industry has become the economic pillar of Guangxi and the mainstay of Sugar Industry in China. Although sugar industry is typical of traditional industry, for its industrial chain is long, formatting such as sugar food processing, sugar cane energy, bagasse paper derivatives industry and so on, having the highly potential innovation and the development of space. Faced with the fierce market competition at home and abroad, Guangxi sugar-cane industry (including the traditional sugar industry and its derivatives industry) wants to enlarge its size and improve industrial competitiveness, and realize recycling economy, and take the road of sustainable development, it must have own core technologies and products, and format independent intellectual property rights. Therefore, patent strategy study in Guangxi’s Sugar-cane industry technical innovation is of great practical significance.Being different from the past simple analyzing the present economy and trade situation of estate to seek the develop methods, this paper with patent information analysis methods, from the interaction between technical innovation and patents, through comparatively analyzing patents in sugar-cane industry among Guangxi, domestic and foreign, identifies the gap between Guangxi and counterparts at home and abroad, and points out the existing problems and the deep-seated causes which problems caused by in the process of organic integration of technological innovation and patent, and provides the recommendations on the choice of research and development direction in the process sugar and sugar derivatives industry technology and the business opportunities of bagasse paper technology abroad to seek in the future, and puts forward technical innovation model and corresponding patent strategy for the development of Guangxi’s sugar-cane industry, and shows policy proposals to promote levels of technical innovation and implementation of the patent strategy from government, Industry (enterprises) and so on.更多还原
