柳南高速公路沥青混凝土加铺层改造旧水泥混凝土路面应用研究

【摘要】 本文以广西柳南高速公路旧水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青层改造试验段工程为依托,根据工程条件和特点,针对沥青混凝土加铺层改造旧水泥混凝土路面工程的难点,通过路况调查、方案设计、理论分析、试验检测等系统研究和施工实践,形成了沥青混凝土加铺层改造旧水泥混凝土路面的成套技术。柳南高速公路运营多年,路面在重车荷载作用下,路面破损严重,需进行大修改造,以确保道路行驶的安全性和舒适性。为了探索解决沥青混凝土加铺层改造旧水泥混凝土路面的成套技术,在加铺沥青混凝土层的设计中,吸取了国内外经验,充分考虑了当地的气候、交通和旧路现状等具体因素,进行了多方案设计。并通过试验路段工程实践,确定了沥青加铺层结构、配合比、施工工艺等关键技术。反射裂缝是加铺层结构设计考虑的一个难点,为减少今后产生的反射裂缝,在旧水泥混凝土路面上应用了防水防裂层、土工布、改性应力吸收层等几种防裂措施。沥青加铺层施工工艺方面主要对施工配合比设计、沥青面层施工、STRATA应力吸收层施工等方面进行了研究,特别针对广西高温多雨的气候条件,作了减少水破坏和增加高温稳定性的考虑,而且为确保施工质量,对原材料、平整度、初始压实度、路面压实度等都做了较高标准要求。经过精心设计、严格施工,柳南高速公路沥青混凝土加铺层改造旧水泥混凝土路面试验段工程取得了良好的效果,完全达到预期设想。经竣工验收,证明原设计中采取的措施是有效的。工程的设计方案和施工工艺应用研究为今后的水泥混凝土路面的维修和改造方案的设计、决策、施工提供了参考。

【Abstract】 This paper base on Liu-Nan freeway rehabilitation of Guangxi, aim to the difficulty of asphalt concrete(AC) overlay on ailing Portland cement concrete(PCC) pavement, through the systemic study such as pavement condition survey, approaches design, theoretic analysis, testing, construction practice, form a complete technology of AC overlay on rehabilitation of old PCC pavement.Liu-nan freeway is experienced heavy traffic volumes, the slab deteriorate badly. In order to guarantee the path travel firmly the security and comfortableness, it must be rehabilitated. In order to explore the complete technology of AC overlay on rehabilitation of old PCC pavement, the design of asphalt concrete overlay has assimilated the successful case experience of both domestic and abroad, and has considered specific factors, such as local climate, traffic and current pavement conditions, etc. , and has carried on the multi-project design. Through experiments the road section project practice examination, ensured the key technological question about the overlay structure, mixture ratio, construction techniques. Reflect crack is another overlay nodes. In order to alleviate reflection crack that might arouse in future, several kinds guard against the crack measure was applied to existing concrete pavement, such as layer of waterproof and alleviate reflection crack, stress absorb layer of geotextile and improved asphalt.The construction techniques of asphalt concrete are mainly introduced from the following aspects: construction mixture ratio design, construction of asphalt overlay, construction of STRATA stress absorb layer, etc.. In construction of asphalt overlay, the high temperature and rainy climate of Guangxi Province has been taken into account especially so as to reduce water damage and increase high temperature stability, and to guarantee construction quality, raw materials, roughness, initial impact intensity, road surface impact intensity, etc. been checked with high demands and criterions.Through with careful design, strict construction, Liu-Nan freeway rehabilitation achieved successful result and totally reach the expected extent. After completion approval, the methods adopted in the original design proved effective. The project design proposal and the construction techniques applied research provide some reference for the design and decision-making of maintenance and reconstruction of the cement concrete pavement in the future.
