【摘要】 区域物流是一个比较新的概念,它是一个开放的、多功能的综合性体系。随着广西北部湾经济区规划获得国务院的批准,广西北部湾经济区的物流研究也日益重要。在区域物流体系中,信息是一个重要的因素,贯穿于整个物流运作过程。如何建立广西北部湾经济区共同物流信息体系,实现物流信息在区域物流信息平台上的交换、共享,是本文研究的重要内容。本文从区域物流出发,系统地分析了物流信息相关概念,在分析广西北部湾经济区物流信息系统建设状况和存在的相关问题的基础上,提出了广西北部湾经济区共同物流信息体系建设的构想。论述的主要问题如下:描述了广西北部湾经济区共同物流信息体系的总体思路、定位,在此基础上,提出了基于广西北部湾经济区共同物流信息体系的功能设想。提出了广西北部湾经济区共同物流信息体系的总体框架,描述了如何在共同物流信息平台下实现上述提到的功能设想和各信息系统之间的相互联系和逻辑关系,并对建设过程中应注意的问题进行了分析。本文意在希望能够对广西北部湾经济区共同物流信息体系实践建设提出具有价值的理论基础和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional logistics is a new concept, it is an open system and incorporates many kinds of functions. As the Pan-Beibu-Bay Economic Zone, has been allowed logistics study is becoming more and more important. Information is an important factor and permeates the whole logistics course. How to build a common logistics information is main content of my paper.Based on regional logistics, this paper has analyzed concept about logistics information platform and elaborate the present situation and problem of Guangxi logistics information system. The author discusses about these problems:To located the function of Pan-Beibu-Bay economic zone, and states the logistics information system.To state frame vision of common logistics system in the Pan-Beibu-Bay economic zone, describe interaction of each logistics system, and analyze related question of the course of construction.The paper hopes to give valuable theory fundament and suggestions to the construction of common logistics system in the Pan-Beibu-Bay economic zone.更多还原
