基于SWOT因素分析组合的诊断方案生成模型研究

【摘要】 随着市场竞争的日益激烈化和全球化,越来越多的企业日渐意识到定期开展管理诊断的必要性和重要性,因此,近几年来,对管理诊断的研究得到了迅猛地发展,然而,作为在管理诊断整个过程中,最有价值和最富创造性的环节——诊断方案的生成环节,仍几乎完全依赖主观判断和进行简单的建议罗列来完成,这将严重影响管理诊断的科学化,使管理诊断在本领域中长期处于经验化和低效率的阶段。庞大连、梁戈夫对如何提高诊断方案生成的科学性和合理性,进行了深入探索,提出了管理诊断系统MCS。本文在MCS系统的启发下,以SWOT分析为主线,对已有研究文献进行了汇总和改进,将单因素模糊评价、战略四边形、层次分析法、线性规划模型等多种定量分析方法运用其中,构建了基于SWOT因素分析组合的诊断方案生成模型。文章详细介绍了该模型的运行过程,并以A公司为例,阐述了模型的具体应用过程,并提出了此模型存在的问题以及解决之道。

【Abstract】 With the increasingly fierce and globalizational market competition , more and more enterprises are aware of the necessity and importance of regular management consulting. Therefore, in recent years, management consulting has a rapid development. But in the link of the generation of the management consulting schemes,as the most valuable and creative alternatives , the improving proposals are put forward and relied on subjective judgment with a simple list of suggestions,which will keep management consulting from becoming more scientific and stop it going with low efficiency for a long time.DaLiang Pang and GeFu Liang proposed the Management Consulting System (MCS) in order to improve the science and rationality of the generation of management consulting schemes. Inspired of the MCS system, with the support of SWOT analysis as the main line, the thesis makes good use of quantitative analysis methods such as single-factor fuzzy evaluation, strategic quadrilateral, AHP, linear programming model, and proposes a new model named "the model of generation of management consulting schemes based on the analyse and combination of SWOT factors",by summrising and improving the existing references.The thesis introduces the detail process of the model,and how to apply it by taking Company A as an example.At last ,the thesis advances the probable questions in both the theory and application of the model and gives the measures to solve these problems.
