基于INTERNET的县级电网调度系统在线无功优化研究

【摘要】 无功优化是提高电能质量,降低网损,实现无功功率最优控制,保证电力系统安全经济运行的重要措施。我国县级电网覆盖面广,供电质量普遍不理想,网络损耗严重,因此研究县级电网无功优化问题具有重大现实意义。无功优化是一个多变量、多约束、非线性的数学规划问题。本文较深入地研究了县级电网无功优化问题,并采用原始对偶内点法求解。多个测试系统的仿真结果表明无功优化能够降低网损和改善电压水平,同时体现了原始对偶内点法处理大规模非线性规划问题的强鲁棒性。根据广西荔浦县电网的实际情况,利用现有覆盖面广、经济实用的宽带互联网,研究了基于INTERNET的县级电网调度系统。为了开发满足实际要求的无功优化系统,从工程应用的角度制定了相应的实用解决方案,包括系统的优化目标和原则,系统的控制方式、变量处理、算法选择、设备动作次序方案等,并研究了无功优化系统的组成结构,确定了主要模块的功能。最后根据提出的实用解决方案研究设计了无功优化系统,通过无功优化计算,该系统能给出设备的优化控制方案,从而有效地提高电网电压合格率,降低网络损耗,因而具有很好的实用价值。

【Abstract】 Reactive power optimization (RPO) is the important measure to improve the quality of electric power energy, reduce the network loss, achieve the optimal control of reactive power and ensure the safe and economic operation of the electric power system. Our country has extensive-coverage county-level electric power networks, electricity quality of which is generally not ideal and the situation of network loss is serious. Thus, the study on the RPO of county-level power grids is of great practical significance.RPO is a multi-variable, multi-constrained and nonlinear mathematical programming problem. In this paper, the RPO issue of county-level power grids is deeply studied. Then the primal-dual interior point method is used to solve it. Simulation results of a number of test systems demonstrate that RPO is capable of reducing the network loss and improving the voltage level as well as the strong robustness of the primal-dual interior point method to deal with large-scale non-linear programming problems.According to the actual situation of Lipu county power grid in Guangxi, an Internet-based county-level power grid dispatching system is studied by using the existing wide-coverage, economic and practical broadband Internet. In order to develop a RPO system which meets the actual requirements, corresponding practical solutions including the optimization objectives and principles of the system, the control styles of the system, variable processing, algorithm selection and the action sequence programmes of equipments are constituted. Besides, system structure is also studied and the functions of the main modules are determined. Finally, a RPO system is studied and designed according to the practical solutions. Through reactive power optimization calculation, the system can provide the optimal control programmes of equipments so as to effectively improve the power grid voltage passing rate and lower the network loss. Hence it has a good practical value.
