【摘要】 随着网络技术的日新月异,网络和网络新闻的飞速发展,网络舆论在社会舆论形成和传播格局中发挥着举足轻重的作用。当前,我国网络舆论还存在着许多缺点和不足,需要有效的引导。本文针对这些问题,进行了较为系统的分析并提出了网络舆论引导对策。本文以2007年“网络舆论暴力第一案——姜岩案”为切入点,通过对于这个典型案例的剖析,阐述网络舆论的形成,并且详细分析网络舆论给社会生活发展带来的正面影响和负面作用。论文分为三章。第一章是网络舆论的定义、形成和特征等。该章等分析了学界有代表性的舆论和网络舆论的概念,认为网络舆论是网民对于公共事物通过信息网络表达的具有影响力的公开意见;对网络舆论的五个特征进行了分析。第二章是关于网络舆论的影响和存在的问题,分析了网络舆论的的积极影响和存在的负面问题。同时指出网络舆论误导网民、宣泄成为网络舆论主流和网络“把关人”的作用被弱化这一现象,引出如何引导和解决的问题。第三章分四个方面对网络舆论引导进行了具体探讨,分别从加强传统新闻媒体引导、树立网络伦理道德规范、提高政府政策引导效能、加强网络舆论的技术控制等方面来进行探讨。最后,论文指出应在网络技术发展中掌控网络舆论引导主导权,网络舆论引导的未来需要发展和控制并重,使网络舆论和网络的发展最终成为推动社会前进的进步力量,成为我国社会主义和谐社会的有机组成部分。更多还原

【Abstract】 With network technology never-ending changes and improvements,the network is composing in reply a cyber journalism’s developing at full speed,network public opinion is bringing the effect carrying weight into play in public opinion in forming and spreading a pattern.Present,our country network public opinion are returning a lot of shortcoming and deficiency back to existence,are needing effective guidance.The main body of a book has been analysed specifically for these problem,has been in progress comparatively systematically and has suggested that network public opinion guides a countermeasure.The thesis is five chapters mark.The first chapters are network public opinion definition, formation and characteristic etc.Owe a chapter the concept waiting to have analysed educational circles public opinion and network public opinion having representativeness, think that network public opinion is that the cyber citizen expresses to common object by the information network having open influence idea;Five characteristic of public opinion has carried out analysis on the network.Second chapters have been about network public opinion effect and have problem,have analysed active network public opinion effect and have had negative problem.At the same time,point out network public opinion misleading a cyber citizen,get off sells chest to become network public opinion main current and the network "guarding the pass people’s" effect is avianized this one phenomenon,is drawn forth the problem how,to lead and solve.Four aspect guides third chapters to have carried out concrete investigation and discussion mark to network public opinion,respectively from reinforcing tradition news media guidance,setting up the network ethics code of ethics,improving investigation and discussion being in progress during the past government policy aspect such as guiding an efficacy,reinforcing network public opinion technology under the control of. The thesis points out finally,the palm charges network public opinion for guiding leading factor right in should develop in network technology,that homing future of network public opinion needs to develop and to pay equal attention under the control of,makes development of network public opinion and network become the progressive forces driving society to go ahead ultimately,becomes organic ingredient of harmonious our country socialism society.更多还原
