【摘要】 旅游解说对旅游景区的作用越来越大,逐渐受到专家、学者以及景区管理者和经营者的重视。2003年6月25日建设部发布了《国家重点风景名胜区总体规划编制报批管理规定》(中发[2003]9号),第十七条规定:风景游赏规划应提出景区的景观特征和游赏主题,并提出游赏景点以及游赏路线、游程、解说等内容的组织安排。这标志着旅游解说在我国已得到了专业认可。旅游解说对旅游者来说可以帮助旅游者顺利完成游览活动,提升旅游体验的质量。从众多的旅游解说服务类型来看,各有优劣,对旅游者的影响也各不相同。本文以青秀山风景名胜区为例,在调查游客对青秀山旅游解说的重要——感知实绩的基础上,分析了对旅游者有重要影响的解说因素,并运用知觉理论和游客满意理论研究了这些重要解说因素是如何影响旅游者的旅游活动的。在此基础上,对青秀山的旅游解说提出了改进的建议。本文从旅游者的角度来研究景区的旅游解说,所得出的影响旅游者旅游活动的重要解说因素,对其他风景名胜区旅游解说的规划和改进有一定的影响和借鉴作用。本文研究得出的结论主要有以下几点:1.影响青秀山旅游者旅游活动的重要旅游解说因素主要有标识牌、游客中心和公众信息资料。2.景区的旅游解说可以帮助游客顺利完成游览活动,可以帮助景区对游客进行管理,可以提升景区的知名度,对景区的意义重大,景区要提高对旅游解说重要性的认识,将其作为一种管理景区的方式。3.不同的旅游解说服务类型有不同的表现方式,对旅游者在游览过程中所起的作用程度是不同的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tourism interpretation is more and more important for scenic areas, and it is more and more accounted by experts, scholars, the managers and operators of scenic areas. < management regulations about how to submit the master plan of national key scenic and tourist resort to be approved > ([2003]9) was issued by the Ministry of Construction on June 25, 2003. Article 17 stipulates: The landscape tour planning should propose the features and the theme of the area and should propose the attractions, the tour line, the tour-length, interpretation and so on. It marks that the tourism interpretation has been professionally recognized in China.Tourism interpretation can help tourists successfully complete the tour activities and improve the quality of the tour experience. Every interpretation has its own way, and it has advantage and disadvantage. So it has different effects to tourists. This paper takes Qingxiu Mountain Scenic and tourist resort for an example. It analyzed the important interpretation factors of Qingxiu Mountain which impact the tour activities on the basis of importance—performance survey. And it analyzed that how the important interpretation factors impact the tour activities. Based on the analysis, this paper puts forward the recommendations for improvement of tourism interpretation. This paper researches the tourism interpretation from the tourist angle, so the important interpretation factors of Qingxiu Mountain which impact the tour activities has certain impact and mirror for the planning and improvement of tourism interpretation in other scenic areas. We made the following conclusions:1. The important interpretation factors of Qingxiu Mountain which impact the tour activities have interpretation sign, visitor center and public information.2. The tourism interpretation in Scenic Areas can help tourists successfully complete the to(?) activities, it can help the manager of the Scenic Areas manage the tourists and it can enhance the popularity of the Scenic Areas. In one word, the tourism interpretation has great significance for the areas. So the Scenic Areas should enhance the understanding of the importance of it, and should make it as a manage way.3.
