【摘要】 伴随城市化进程的加速与都市旅游产业结构的调整,游憩街区正逐渐成为城市旅游活动的主要发生地和居民休闲、游憩活动的中心地,成为上海都市旅游发展的新趋势。本文主要就以下几方面的问题进行研究:首先,调研上海游憩街区的背景。通过对上海大量游憩街区的详细资料搜集和实地考察,尝试性的从时间的角度、从演进路径两个方面梳理上海游憩街区的发展历史;从业态和发展程度对上海游憩街区进行分类;并简要归纳总结上海游憩题街区的特点。其次,剖析上海游憩街区的结构。主要包括四个层面:一是实证分析上海游憩街区区域结构和主要空间结构特征;二是实证阐释上海游憩街区的业态结构及其重要特征,三是实证分析上海游憩街区的经营管理及市场推广的特征;四是通过实例,采用国内旅游、商业部门实际使用的评估方法——计算游憩街区的消费总额,即消费总额=人均消费×年客流量,以此作为参照系数,尝试性地对上海游憩街区的游憩价值进行评估。第三,分析上海游憩街区的市场特征。通过实地考察和问卷调查的方式对上海游憩街区的客源市场进行分析,从而反映游憩街区的旅游市场潜力、知名程度及游客构成情况,同时还能了解各项旅游产品在街区中的比例,最终反映整个游憩街区业态结构的合理程度,也为上海游憩街区的进一步开发和经营管理提供科学依据。最后,总结上海游憩街区存在的问题、提出建议并进行展望。通过对游憩街区背景、结构、市场进行分析后,总结其目前存在的问题,在此基础上根据上海游憩街区整体的发展态势,提出极具针对性和实效性的对策建议,从而保持上海游憩街区的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Accompanying the accelerating urbanization and the adjustment in city tourism industrial structure in Shanghai, Recreational District gradually becomes the main part of city tourism and the central place of civilian leisure and recreation, which leads the tendency of city tourism in Shanghai.In this paper we firstly discuss the background of Shanghai Recreational Districts. Using the detailed data collection and investigation on the spot, we try to make out the development history of Shanghai Recreational Districts from the time table and evolution history. We also try to clarify the Recreational Districts of Shanghai according to their commercial structure and developmental level and briefly summarize their specialties.Secondly we analyzed the structures of Shanghai Recreational Districts which includes four parts by real examples. First , regional and spatial structure characteristics. Second,commercial structure of Shanghai Recreational Districts and their specialties. Third,characterization of management and marketing. Fourth, evaluation of Recreational Districts of Shanghai by the formulation commonly manipulated in domestic tourism and commercial departments-total amount of expenditure= consumption per person×the number of tourists per year.We then analyzed the potential market characteristics of Shanghai Recreational Districts by investigating on spot and filling question forms. We can find out the potential, famous and the tourist construction. We also can know the ratio of tour products in these districts. By reflecting the reasonable degree of commercial structure, we can give scientific direction on further development and management of Shanghai Recreational Districts.Finally, after the thorough analysis of background, structures and tourist market, we characterized the existing problems. Depending on the developmental potential, we then proposed objective and effective suggestions, hoping a healthy and vigorous development of Recreational Districts of Shanghai.更多还原
