【摘要】 教育方针是一个国家在一定的历史阶段,根据社会的政治、经济发展要求,提出的教育工作的总方向。它也是国家的教育基本政策的总概括,是教育工作的根本指导思想。建国近60年以来,中国共产党的教育方针历经了一个逐步演变的历史过程。纵观建国以来党在教育方针方面的演变过程,大体上可划分为五个时期:建国头七年为继续沿用新民主主义的教育方针阶段。在这一教育方针的指引下,党和政府很有成效地接管了旧教育并开始了对旧教育的改造,为创建新中国教育奠定了基础;全面建设社会主义的开始时期为社会主义教育方针首次提出与初步实施阶段。这一时期的教育方针和据此制定的各项政策,保证了新中国教育事业的健康、迅速发展;“文化大革命”十年,教育方针被严重扭曲阶段,对中国教育造成了恶劣影响;社会主义改革开放和现代化建设的新时期、新阶段为教育方针的调整和发展阶段,这一时期教育方针的日益完善,促进了教育事业的蓬勃发展,极大地提高了全民族的整体素质,为教育跨入21世纪奠定了坚实的基础;伟大的新世纪为教育方针的进一步完善时期,日益完善的教育方针为今后我国教育的发展指明了方向,促进了教育事业的健康持续发展。考察近60年党的教育方针演变的历史,可以得到如下启示:必须始终坚持以正确的政治路线为指导;必须始终坚持与时俱进、不断创新,以顺应社会与时代发展的需要;必须自觉遵守教育发展的内在规律,以实现主观与客观、价值目标与事物发展逻辑的有机统一;必须处理好政治与业务、教育与社会发展和人的发展、全面发展与因材施教等几对关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This text has investigated the development course of the policy for education of the Communist Party of China since founding the state for nearly sixty years and summarized the experience and lessons .Review the development course in policy for education of party since the foundation of the state, it can be divided into five periods on the whole. The Policy for education of new democracy is continually implemented in the first seven years of new China, under the guidance of this policy for education, The Party and government took over and transformated old education systems very effectively, established the foundation for new Chinese education; the socialist policy for education was firstly proposed and implemented during the Beginning period of comprehensive construction of socialist , the policy for education of this period and every policy made in view The policy for education of this period has guaranteed the health and rapid development of new China’s education; During ten years in " the Cultural Revolution ", the policy for education was twisted seriously, and caused abominable influence on Chinese education; The policy for education was adjusted and developed during The new period of the socialist reform and opening up to the outside world and modernization construction, Policy for education of this period was complete, promoted the flourishing development of education, improved the whole quality of the whole nation greatly, settled solid foundation for striding into the the 21st century; The policy for education got further completion during Great new century period, the complete policy for education pointed out the direction for our country education, promoted the healthy and continuous development of education.From the development of policy for education of Party for nearly sixty years , we can get Enlightenments as follows: we Must insist on regarding correct political line as guidelines all the time; Must insist on growing with each passing hour, innovating constantly all the time, in order to comply with the need of development of society and era; Must observe the inherent law of educational development , in order to realize the organical unifying of subjective with objective, of value goal and thing’s development. ; Must handle these pairs of relations: politics and business, education and social development and people’s development well, must handle development in an all-round way well and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude .更多还原
