中学政治教师职业幸福感研究

【摘要】 教师的职业幸福感既是实现教育本质的必然需要,又是提升教师生活质量、构建和谐社会和建设社会主义精神文明的迫切需求。社会为教师创造了诸多有利条件,但也存在一些影响教师幸福感的因素。一些教师在教学中收获到了尊重、幸福和成就感,有的获得却是倦怠和苦闷。本文采用文献法、调查法和访谈相结合的方法对中学政治教师的职业幸福感进行调查分析。调查显示:广大中学政治教师,由于对教育事业的热爱和激情工作、取得的成就以及受到学生的尊重等,在工作中是体验过幸福的。但从总体来看,中学政治教师职业幸福感现状不容乐观,他们在工作中经常有挫折感,存在人际关系不融洽和身体健康状况下降等幸福感缺失的现象。文章探讨了影响政治教师职业幸福感的多方面的原因,客观因素有:社会期望、工作强度、工作成效、劳动报酬、学科地位、政治教材;主观因素有教师的职业观、自我抱负水平、教学能力、师生关系、幸福能力。提高政治教师职业幸福感的途径有:社会要树立对教师角色的合理期望,切实保障教师合法权益。学校要营造良好的团体心理气氛,让教师享受集体的幸福;要关注政治教师需要,让他们享受工作的幸福;要适度激励,让教师享受成长的幸福。政治教师要学会在奉献中体验幸福,要提高职业适应能力,要提高教育教学能力,着力建立融洽的师生关系,提高生活素质。

【Abstract】 The sense of happiness as a teacher is not only the inevitable necessary for fulfilling the -nature of education , but also the need for promoting teacher’ s life quality, building harmonious society and constructing the spirit civilization of socialism. Society has created many favorable conditions for teachers, but there are many factors which influence the sense of happiness as a teacher. Some teachers obtained respect, happiness and realized achievements, while tiredness and gloom for others. This thesis made investigation and did analysis on the topic through consulting documents, and by a combination of making investigation and interviewing.The survey indicates that most of the politics teachers in middle schools have experienced happiness in their profession, because of their love and passion for educational career, their achievement and the respect they receive from students. View from the totality, the status quo of this topic is not optimistic. They often have deficiency of happiness out of frustration, interpersonal contention and the decline of health conditions. This thesis probed into factors. Among them, the objective factors include expecting form the society, working pressure, efficiency, salary, subject position and politics textbooks. And the subjective factors include the professional notion of teachers, ambitious level of teachers themselves, teaching ability, the relationship between teachers and students, the ability for feeling happiness. There are some ways of improving teachers’ sense of happiness: Reasonable expectation should be set up society; guarantee teachers lawful rights and interests realistically. The schools should construct good group psychological atmosphere, these teachers can enjoy the collective happiness. Politics teachers need should be drawn attention to. So they can. enjoy happiness through working; let teachers enjoy growth happiness by encouraging them appropriately. Politics teachers should observe and learn happiness from life; improve their own ability of adapting ; improve teaching and educating ability; establishing relationship between teachers and students; improve quality of life.
