【摘要】 教育水平或教育程度是衡量女性发展和社会参与力的基础,也是表明女性社会和经济地位的重要标志。因此,女性教育日益成为一个重要的研究领域。妇女问题、女子教育史、女性可持续性发展、女性高等教育等引起国内外学者的关注,但是对专门以女性作为教育对象的高等教育,通俗地讲,就是指女子大学教育的研究,还不是很全面,有许多问题尚待我们进行研究。文章从历史的角度审视女子大学的产生和演变过程,从总体看,女子大学在促进女子教育发展、男女平等和社会进步方面有着不容忽视的作用,中国女子大学的存在具有一定的社会价值。着重分析了女子大学现状及存在的问题,提出可以借鉴国外优秀女子大学办学经验,加快女子大学的改革和发展;阐明了对于女子大学未来发展的设想:未来女子大学的发展需得到国家教育部门更多的关注:需要加强国内、国际交流与合作;需要明确女子大学是培养全方位发展的女性人才;需要积极转变教育观念,培养学生的领导能力和创造能力:需要规范女子大学特色课程;指出女子大学是一种不可或缺的办学模式,未来的女子大学将与普通高等院校和谐共存,培养出更多适合社会需要的全方位发展的女性人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Educational level is the basis of measuring the development of woman and the participation of the social .It is also an important symbol of the status of woman in social and economical position. Therefore, woman education has been an important research area. Woman problem, the history of woman education, woman’s continuable development and woman high education has been concerned by many domestic and foreign researchers. But research to those women in specialized high education college, or frankly speaking, research about education in Woman College is not enough .There has been many problems to be discussed and solved.The article surveys the process of the beginning and development of Woman College in China .In general, Woman College is very important to promoting the development of woman education, the equality between man and woman and the advancement of the social. The survival of Chinese Woman College has some certain social value .The article analyzes the present situation and problems about Chinese Woman College. It presents that we should learn from foreign Woman College in order to speed up the development and reformation of Chinese Woman College. It clarifies the outlook of the development of Chinese Woman College: the development of Chinese Woman College needs more concerns from our national educational department. It needs to strengthen cooperation and communication with domestic high educational colleges and foreign ones. It needs to clear and definite that Woman College is to foster overall development woman talent. It needs to strengthen fostering woman’s leadership and creativity ability .It needs to clarify special curriculum in Woman College. The article points Chinese Woman College is an indispensable educational mode .Chinese future Woman College will be with common high education college in harmony, which will foster many overall development woman talents who meet the need of the social.更多还原
