高职学生人格、社会支持与心理健康的关系研究

【摘要】 随着我国高等职业技术教育的迅速发展,高职教育已成为我国高等教育的“半壁江山”,高职学生已成为高校在校生的主体人群。但高职学生是大学生的一个特殊群体,因其来源和培养目标的种种差异而具有一些独特的个别特征。近二十多年来,大学生心理健康的研究在国内外都受到社会和学校的高度重视,但相形之下,针对高职学生心理健康的研究还不够深入。本研究采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、大五人格问卷(NEO—FFI)和中国大学生心理健康量表(CCSMHS),对湖南省四所高职院校的800名三年制高职学生进行了问卷调查,所得数据运用SPSS10.0软件包进行统计处理,分别做了t检验、方差分析、简单效应检验、因子分析、相关分析、多元回归分析、路径分析等。考察了湖南高职学生的心理健康状况,分析了人格、社会支持和心理健康之间的关系和影响方式。本研究得出以下结论:(1)高职学生心理健康水平不容乐观,大部分人处于亚健康状态。主要在抑郁、自我意识偏差、性心理障碍、强迫、冲动、精神病倾向等六个方面高于全国大学生常模。而在躯体化、焦虑、社交退缩、社交攻击、偏执、依赖方面优于全国大学生。(2)高职学生中部分心理健康因子在性别、专业、年级方面存在显著差异;家庭类型与家庭来源地对抑郁因子的影响较大;父母文化程度对孩子依赖心理影响较显著。(3)高职学生心理健康与多个人格特征相关显著,人格特征对其心理健康水平有直接影响作用,也可以通过社会支持这个中介变量间接地对心理健康水平产生影响。(4)高职学生的社会支持与心理健康的11个分因子呈显著负相关,社会支持对其心理健康水平的影响作用既是直接的,同时也是人格与心理健康的中介因素,可间接发挥作用。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of Chinese higher vocational and technical education and Vocational Education of Chinese higher education has become a "half" , higher vocational college students have become the main crowd in college students. They are a special group because the source and goal and the differences have some unique characteristics of the individual. During the recent 20 years, the mental health of college students study at home and abroad by the community and school seriously, but in contrast against College Students, Mental Health study on higher vocational college students was deep enough.Using Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), NEO Five Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI) and Chinese College Students Mental Health Scale (CCSMHS), 800 three-year higher vocational College Students from 4 Hunan Vocational College were investigated. The data was analyzed by SPSS10.0 for windows. a t-test, variance analysis, Simple effect test, factor analysi, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, path analysis were used in the study. It inspected present mental health conditions of Hunan Vocational College students, analyzed the relationship and Impact way of mental health and personality trait, social support of higher vocational college students.The conclusions showed:(1) The mental health of higher Vocational college students was not optimistic, Most of the people were in the sub-health status. They were worse than the national norm mainly in six foctors as depression, self-consciousness deviation, mental disorder, obsessive compulsive, impulsive and psychotic tendencies. But was better in somatization, anxiety, social withdrawal, social attacks, bigotry and dependence.(2)There were significant differences in gender, professional, gradein some mental health factors of higher vocational college students. Type of family and the family of origin have a larger impact in their depression factor. Parents’ education have more notable impact in their children’s dependence.(3)It was significantly related between the mental health of higher Vocational college students and a number of personality trait. Their personality trait influenced directly mental health, but also influenced indirectly by social support.(4) It was significantly negatively correlated between the social support of higher Vocational college students and mental health of 11 points. The social support influenced directly mental health, simultaneously also is a intermediary factor between Personality trait and mental health but affecting indirectly.
