初中生自我评价、时间管理倾向与网络成瘾的关系研究

【摘要】 研究目的:随着网络的普及,网络成瘾问题已成为困扰人们的一个重大社会问题,并逐渐成为心理学研究的新领域。本研究选取初中生个性发展两个重要因素,即自我评价及时间管理倾向为突破口,深入探讨它们对网络成瘾这一心理行为的影响。以期为初中生网络成瘾的干预研究提供科学依据。研究方法:1.文献综述法。对国内外有关网络成瘾、自我评价与时间管理倾向的文献进行综述,在此基础上提出本研究的假设。2.问卷调查法。采用美国彼兹堡大学金伯利·杨(K·Young)所编的网络成瘾测验问卷、我国学者张建新等人所修订的中学生自我评价问卷、黄希庭等人编制的青少年时间管理倾向量表对885名初中生进行正式调查和数据统计分析。研究结果与结论:1.网络成瘾人数在年级、性别、家庭居住地、是否独生子女方面存在显著差异。2.初中生自我评价在性别、家庭来源、独生子女方面的得分存在显著差异。3.初中生时间管理倾向不存在年级、家庭居住地、独生子女上的显著差异,但在学习层面上,存在显著差异。4.自我评价各层面与网络成瘾呈负相关。网络成瘾与时间管理倾向的各个维度及总分呈显著负相关。5.自我评价中学习自我评价和时间管理倾向中的时间监控与时间效能对网络成瘾有较好的预测力,且学习自我评价还会通过时间管理倾向间接影响网络成瘾。

【Abstract】 Objective: Internet addiction (IA) becomes a significant social problem and a new field in psychological research with the widely using of Internet. This paper probes into the influences of self-evaluation and time management dispositions-the two key factors of individual development of middle school student. This paper aims to provide a new perspective and theoretical evidence for the intervention of internet addiction of junior middle school students.Methods :1.Literature method.The paper makes a review of the relationships among self-evaluation, time management dispositions and internet addiction of middle School Students by documents, on which the researcher proposes some hypo thesis. 2.Questionnair reseacher method.The research surveys 885 middle school students from 7 schools in hunan with Diagnostic Questionnaire for Internet Addiction made by kimbly.S.Young, Adolescent Time Management Disposition Scale made by Chinese Psychologist Huang Xiting, Self-evaluation scale of middle School student made by Chinese psychologist Zhang Jianxin, and analyzes the relationships among Self-evaluation, time management dispositions and internet addiction.Results: 1.Significant differences are found in the chi-square tests on the numbers of addicted students among grades, between genders, among living locations, and between only-child’s and non-only-child’s.2.A significant differece is found between genders,between living locations, between only-child’s and non-only-child’s in students’ scoring on self-evaluation scales.3.The time management disposition of junior middle students does not show any differences among students from different grades, different living locations, or between only-child students and non-only-child students, but significant differences are found between students self-evaluated as"excellent"or"very good"students and students self-evaluated as "middle" or "unsatisfactory". 4.A negative correlation is found between levels of self- evaluation and Internet addiction. while the dimensions and the total scores of time management disposition are found to be negatively correlated with Internet addiction. 5.The monitoring of time and efficiency of time in the time management disposition, as well as self-evaluation on study, can regress and forecast quite well the Internet addiction, and self-evaluation on study indicates an indirect influence on Internet addiction through affecting time management disposition.Conclusion:The self-evaluation and time management disposition have certain influence power to internet addiction. Therefore, positive self-evaluation and good time management ability helps to reject the negative effect on middle students,on the society by network.
