农村初中教师职业倦怠研究

【摘要】 教师是职业倦怠的高发人群,其职业倦怠对教师和学生的身心发展都有严重影响,因此对教师职业倦怠的研究意义重大。然而,一直以来,占我国教师中很大比例的农村初中教师的职业倦怠问题虽有人研究,但对其有农村特色的成因却没有被完全分析出来。有鉴于此,本文在已有研究的基础上,调查了湖南省岳阳地区农村初中教师的职业倦怠状况,对岳阳地区农村初中教师的职业倦怠现状及其来源进行了访谈和调查,并对结果进行了分析,最后,在此基础上提出了缓解教师职业倦怠的对策。希望本文的研究能为填补该空白尽到绵薄之力。全文共分为五部分。第一部分是导论。该部分简要介绍了本文的研究背景、前人的研究成果、本文的研究动机、理论假设等等,为本研究奠定理论基础。第二部分是研究设计。在本部分,笔者确定了研究思路、研究路线、拟采用的调查问卷,调查的对象;描绘了该研究的调查过程。第三部分是实证研究结果与分析。在本部分,我们检查了问卷的信度、效度;然后,运用相关分析、差异分析等手段对问卷进行了统计分析;最后,对本文的理论假设进行了检验。第四部分是管理建议。通过运用实证研究得出的结论,我们从社会、学校、教师个人三方面探讨了如何缓解我国农村初中教师职业倦怠水平的建议。Ⅰ第五部分是结论。在该部分中,对本研究的不足进行探讨并提出了后续研究的设想。

【Abstract】 The teacher is a high-risk population of Burnout. Occupational burnout has seriously affection on the teachers and students’ physical and mental development. In fact, there are great significance in teacher burnout study. However, there was few people study on the burnout of Chinese rural junior high school teachers who accounts for a large proportion of teachers in China. There is a blind spot on Chinese rural junior high school teacher burnout research. In view of this, this paper has a research on the basis of a survey of Yueyang in Hunan Province junior high school teachers in rural areas of occupational burnout situation and has conducted interviews and surveys of these teachers. Subsequently, all the results were analyzed.Finally, Measures proposed on the basis of this analysis. Hope that this study is usable. The full text is divided into five parts.Introduction is the first part. This part briefly introduced the research background, previous research, study motives, theoretical assumptions and so on. It is the theoretical foundation for this study.The second part is research and design. In this section, the author identified research ideas, research road, inquisitional questionnaire and objects and described the course of the investigation. The third part is empirical research’ s findings and analysis. In this part, we checked the questionnaire reliability and validity and then use correlation analysis and variance analysis to have an stat and analysis, Finally, we tested on the assumption of this theory.The fourth part is management proposals. By the concluding work out of using empirical studies, we have from the community, schools, teachers three individuals to discuss how to relieve China’s rural junior high school teachers’ occupational burnout.The fifth part is a conclusion. In this part we have discussed the insufficiency of this paper and raised the idea of a follow-up study.
