【摘要】 “和谐”是一个古已有之,东西横贯的发展理念。和谐高校是学校的各个利益主体通过对道德的认同和行为选择的相互协调,并在此基础上形成一种有利于人的全面发展的良好道德关系和精神氛围的学校,具有丰富的伦理内涵,主要表现为和谐高校体现公平正义,强调诚信友爱尊重,追求民主和法治的统一、注重活力和稳定并存等四个方面。构建和谐高校是我国高校今后面临的一项长期的中心任务,有利于推动和谐社会的伟大进程,促进高等教育事业健康发展,为大学生成长成才提供重要保障,具有深远而重大的价值意义。目前,不断扩大的高等教育事业,迅猛发展的信息网络技术以及高等教育的国际化,给我国高校的伦理道德建设带来了前所未有的发展机遇,也引发了许多新矛盾和新问题。如,伦理管理意识滞后,教师道德表率作用弱化,大学生道德缺陷加剧。这些问题极大地阻碍了高校的和谐发展。构建和谐高校是一个复杂的系统工程,需要社会物质条件和文化精神资源的供应,尤其是需要学校道德文化资源提供伦理支撑。一个社会是否和谐,一个国家能否实现长治久安,很大程度上取决于全体社会成员的思想道德素质。没有良好的思想道德素质,是无法实现社会和谐的。同理,一所高校的和谐发展离不开全体师生员工思想道德素质的提高。道德以其独特的内容和形式直接影响师生一生的成长和发展,影响高校和谐校园的创建和质量。因此,构建和谐高校应加强伦理道德建设,需要充分发挥伦理道德的特殊效用。要从和谐高校的本质要求和道德的实践价值出发,选准几个努力的方向。一是加强学校伦理管理;二是提高教师师德水平;三是增强大学生道德素质。更多还原

Like, ethics managementconsciousness lag, the teacher morals model function attenuates, theuniversity student morals flaw intensifies. These questions enormouslyhave hindered universities’s harmonious development.Constructs the harmonious university is a complex systems engineering, needs the society physical conditions and the cultural energetic resources supply, particularly needs the school morals culture resources to provide ethics support. A society is whether harmonious, whether does a country realize the long-term peace and good government, to a great extent is decided by all members of different social classes’ thought morals quality. The good thought morals quality, has not been unable to realize the society to be harmonious. Likewise, a university’s accord development cannot leave all teachers and students staff thought morals quality the enhancement. The morals by its unique content and form immediate influence teachers and students life the growth and the development, affect the university harmonious campus the foundation and the quality.
