放牧与圈养绒山羊瘤胃内环境及血液生理生化指标比较分析

【摘要】 本实验对放牧绒山羊和圈养绒山羊的瘤胃内环境、血液生理生化、微量元素含量进行了检测分析。结果显示,圈养羊瘤胃内环境中氨氮浓度、总VFA浓度、乙酸浓度;瘤胃液中钾、钠、镁的含量与放牧羊比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。圈养羊瘤胃内环境中pH值、丁酸浓度、乙酸丙酸比例、活纤毛虫数、总纤毛虫数和纤毛虫活率、瘤胃液中钙、铜、锌、钴、硒的浓度低于放牧羊,丙酸浓度、总酸度高于放牧羊,差异均显著(P<0.05)。瘤胃液细菌以革兰氏阴性菌为主。圈养羊血液钙、铜、锌、钴、硒含量明显低于放牧羊(P<0.05),与瘤胃内环境中矿物质和微量元素含量的监测结果一致。圈养羊血液白蛋白、总蛋白、血糖、总超氧化物歧化酶、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量明显低于放牧羊(P<0.05),而甘油三酯含量明显高于放牧羊(P<0.05)。这些指标的差异表明圈养羊瘤胃内环境因日粮和饲养管理方式的改变而发生了改变,进而导致机体内出现微量元素、碳水化合物、蛋白质缺乏和营养不良现象,机体抗氧化能力低下,容易受到过氧化物和自由基的损害。

【Abstract】 In this research,the content of rumen internal environment,physiological and biochemical index of blood,elements concentration of rumen gastric juice and blood in grazing cashmere goat and confinedness cashmere goat are determined and analyzed. It indicated that the content of pH value,butanoic acid concentration,ratio of acidum aceticum concentration and propionic acid concentration, amount of vivi-ciliates and ciliates,ciliates motility rate, concentration of Calcium,Cuprum, Zincum,Cobalt,Selenium in rumen gastric juice of the grazing cashmere goat are more than the confinedness cashmere goat, and it is remarkable different(p<0.05).While, the content of the acidity total and the concentration of propionic acid in rumen gastric juice in the confinedness cashmere goat are more than the grazing cashmere goat, and the difference is remarkable(p<0.05). The content of the density of ammonia nitrogen,the concentration of T-VFA ,acidum aceticum in,Kalium, natrium, magnesium in rumen gastric juice of the grazing cashmere goat had not significant difference with the confinedness cashmere goat(P>0.05).Gram-negative bacteria was the chief pathogen bacteria in rumen gastric juice.Results showed that the content of Calcium,Cuprum, Zincum,Cobalt,Selenium, ALB,TP,Glu T-SOD,CuZn-SOD,GSH-Px in blood of the grazing cashmere goat are more than the confinedness cashmere goat, and it is remarkable different(p<0.05). The content of elements in blood are equal to those in the rumen gastric juice. While, the content of TG in blood of the confinedness cashmere goat is more than the grazing cashmere goat, and it is remarkable different(p<0.05). And it mean that, carbohydrate and protein deficiency, the antioxidant capacity decreased of the body, which easy inducing malnutrition in the confinedness cashmere goat,and the body will be easy damaged by the peroxide and the free radical.
