气吸式排种装置排种性能试验研究

【摘要】 本文对气吸式排种器的吸附机理进行了理论分析,对种子在气吸状态下的受力情况及种子脱离吸种孔后的运动进行了分析计算,设计了气吸式排种装置试验台。根据分析得出影响气吸式排种器排种质量的主要因素是吸种孔直径、气吸室真空度、排种盘转速。通过改变气吸式排种器的排种盘转速、气吸室真空度,对排种装置排大豆时的性能进行了单因素试验,得出排种盘转速、气吸室真空度影响合格率、漏播率、重播率的一般规律及其相互关系。采用正交试验方法分别就吸种孔直径、排种盘转速、气吸室真空度三个因素对气吸式排种器排玉米、大豆、油葵和花葵作物种子时的影响进行了试验,通过分析试验结果得出三个因素的最优组合分别为:玉米在吸种孔直径为6mm、排种盘转速为54r.min-1、气吸室真空度为3.5KPa时合格率为92.30%;花葵在吸种孔直径为5mm、排种盘转速为39r.min-1、气吸室真空度为3.5KPa时合格率为78.95%;大豆在吸种孔直径为5mm、排种盘转速为54r.min-1、气吸室真空度为3.5KPa时合格率为88.89%;油葵在吸种孔直径为3mm、排种盘转速为39r.min-1、气吸室真空度为1.5KPa时合格率为78.90%。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the adsorption mechanism of The air-suction seed metering device was analyzed, and dynamic analysis of seed was given under press instance. Based on the result of analysis, The paper considered that the mainly influencing factor is diameter of suction hole, vacuum of suction cell, rotational speed of sowing disc and so on. By altering the value of the different parameters (rotational speed of sowing disc, vacuum of suction cell), the single factor experimental aimed at the performance of seed-sowing soybeans had been made using self-developed test-bed, and it obtains the relations between the parameters and eligible rates of the grain distance, the leak-sowing rates and the re-sowing rates. The diameter of suction hole, vacuum of suction cell, rotational speed of sowing disc are regarded as three main fators, the orthogonal test had been made on the four different crops respectively, and it obtains the optimum combination of three factors by analyzing the test results.
