盘刀式铡草机切碎器的虚拟设计及其性能研究

【摘要】 随着畜牧业的发展,草饲料加工机械也得到了大力发展,铡草机是应用较广泛的草饲料加工机具之一,但该机具仍存在着切割过程中功率消耗过大的问题,切碎器的设计对于铡草机切割功耗起着决定性作用,而动刀片又是切碎器的主要工作部件。因此,设计出性能优良的切碎器显得尤为重要。为解决这一问题,以9Z-480型铡草机为样机,通过对其切碎器切割过程进行试验研究分析,推导出动刀片的等滑切角刀刃曲线方程(即对数螺线方程)。为使等滑切角刀刃曲线设计更为准确,利用计算机软件MATLAB编程,根据所得到的方程绘制出不同角度的等滑切角曲线;利用三维软件技术,对样机的切碎器进行参数化建模和运动仿真。这种新型设计方法可使设计方案交流方便,整体设计程序更具有灵活性和高效性,缩短了产品研发周期。针对所选定的等滑切角曲线,设计并生产了不同等滑切角的动刀片,在该样机上采用正交试验,对试验数据进行分析,得出切碎器切割功率消耗最小的数学模型,并对该模型进行优化,得到最优结果。为切碎器的系列化设计与生产提供有力的依据。

【Abstract】 With the development of animal husbandry,the grass feed processing machinery was developed vigorously. The straw cutter is one of the widely used machines . But it has the problem of power consumption oversized at present. The design of the cutterhead plays a decisive role to the power consumption, mobile blade is the key part in the cutterhead.Therefore, it is especially important of designing performance cutterhead.In order to solve this problem,Take the 9Z-480 flywheel-type cutterhead as the prototype. Through to exproment analysis for cutting process of the cutterhead, infer the equation of cutter curve or logarithmic spiral equation. In order to make the design more accurate , program in computer software of Matlab, draw up different angle cutter curve according to the equation. Parameter modelling and simulate was took in the cutterhead of the prototype by software of 3-D. The way has more flexibility and effectiveness,reduces the development cycle of product . Different angle cutter curve mobile blades are designed and produced to being selected.A orthogonal test was Completed in the prototype . And analysis datas,obtain the mathematical model,which power consumption is the minimum. And optimization was carried in this model. Obtain optimization result,which provide powerful reference for series design and the production.
