外源植物激素对春油菜源、库器官特性的影响

【摘要】 试验以双低春油菜“青油14号”为试材,研究了萘乙酸(NAA)、6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、乙烯利(ETH)三种外源激素不同处理浓度、不同处理组合、不同处理时期对春油菜源、库器官的生长发育特性、光合特性、物质积累等生理指标及产量、品质变化的影响,旨在为春油菜高产优质栽培提供理论与技术依据。结果表明:不同浓度各处理对油菜光合特性作用明显,随着浓度升高NAA、ETH处理单株叶面积、叶片及角果叶绿素含量、光合速率提高。中浓度6-BA及三种激素组合处理光合指标测定值最高,浓度过大则降低;不同时期处理,花期+角果发育期两次处理对叶片光合特性作用明显。角果发育期一次处理角果各项光合指标测定值最高。不同浓度各处理影响库器官的生长发育,随着浓度升高NAA、ETH处理可促进角果长度、宽度、单株主序、一次、二次分枝角果干重增加。中浓度6-BA及三种激素组合处理角果长宽、干鲜重值最高;角果发育期一次处理角果长宽、干鲜重值最高。随着浓度升高,NAA与ETH处理角果皮硝酸还原酶、淀粉酶活性增强,高浓度的6-BA使酶活性降低。6-BA、ETH及其6-BA、ETH、NAA组合处理,花期+角果发育期2次处理、角果发育期1次处理促进叶片硝酸还原酶活性提高。不同时期处理,硝酸还原酶、淀粉酶活性变化为:角果发育期处理>花期+角果发育期处理>花期处理。NNA、6-BA、处理浓度增加,角果皮蛋白质含量降低,角果皮和籽粒中可溶性糖含量始终保持较高水平,下降缓慢。花期1次喷施对叶片生长及光合作用则有抑制作用,角果皮蛋白质含量显著降低;花期+角果发育期2次喷施、角果发育期1次喷施对蛋白质降低作用均不明显。

【Abstract】 The objective of this paper was to study the effect of the photosynthesis and mechanism physiology of double low spring rape on external plant hormone treatment and the treatment combination in different stages at 2006-2007 years. This experiment was carried out on the photosynthesis and mechanism physiology of“Qing You 14”,distilled water(CK), in different concentrations of hormones, different treatment combinations, different treatment period, the source of spring rape, the organ The growth and development characteristics of photosynthetic characteristics, such as physiological indicators of material accumulation and yield, quality changes, aimed at high yield and quality for spring rape cultivation provide theoretical and technical basis. The results showed that:Different concentrations of the rape on the role of photosynthesis significantly,with higher concentrations of NAA, ETH treatment plant leaf area, leaf and pod ch-lorophyll content, photosynthetic rate increase. In the concentration of 6-BA and three combination hormon-e treatment pod length and width, the highest-dry and fresh weight; pod developme-nt of a treatment pod length and width, the highest- dry and fresh weight.With the increased concentration, NAA and ETH treatment Kok peel nitrate r-eductase, enhance the activity of starch, high concentrations of 6-BA to reduce the activity. 6-BA, ETH and 6-BA, ETH, NAA combination with flowering + pod of t-he second period with a pod of view, dealing with the promotion leaves nitrate red-uctase activity increase.
