悬挂吊车作用下的螺栓球节点平板网架动力响应及疲劳问题的仿真分析

【摘要】 国内外关于螺栓球节点平板网架结构动力响应的研究已有很多,但对于悬挂吊车作用下的平板网架疲劳问题的仿真分析的研究尚未成熟。事实上,吊车荷载不同于风荷载和地震荷载,它是由三个阶段共同组成,即起吊阶段、运转阶段和卸载阶段。其中,各个阶段的荷载都有不同的特点,而网架的疲劳问题主要是由这三个阶段的荷载共同作用的结果。由于疲劳问题在钢结构研究中是一个非常重要的课题,故应对吊车载荷作用下的平板网架进行动力响应分析及疲劳问题的仿真研究。本文利用ANSYS分析软件,对平板网架进行了仿真建模和大量的分析工作,专题研究了在吊车荷载作用下网架结构的动力响应特性,探讨了网架疲劳问题的部分影响因素,验证了部分网架疲劳问题的分析成果和规律,提出了一些疲劳分析的方法和观点。本文着重指出“对于正常动力载荷作用下的平板网架,其疲劳问题并不是整体网架的疲劳问题,而是吊点网格的疲劳损伤引起的整体网架的可靠度降低”这一观点。

【Abstract】 There are many studies on the flat-panel grid structure with the bolt-sphere joints dynamic responses at home and abroad,but for the study of the flat-panel grid structure under the suspended crane fatigue simulation analysis is not yet mature enough.In fact, the crane load is different from the wind loads and seismic loads, which is composed of three stages, namely lifting stage, the operation stage and unloading stage.The various stages of the load have different characteristics.The fatigue problems of the grid are the the result of working together by the three stages’s loads.The study of fatigue is important,therefore, the simulation fatigue analysis and dynamic responses on the flat-panel grid structure with the suspended crane is imperative.Based on ANSYS, this paper conducted the simulation modeling and a lot of analysis on the flat-panel grid, studied the dynamic response characteristics of grid structure under the crane loads,discussed part of factors of grid overall fatigue, verified the analysis results and rules of some fatigue problems,put forward some methods and views on fatigue analysis,and stressed this view that "about general grid under normal dynamic load, the fatigue problem is not the overall fatigue, but lowed by the overall grid reliability caused by fatigue damage of hanging point grid".
