【摘要】 随着经济的发展和全球化竞争的加剧,新产品复杂程度越来越高,更新换代速度越来越快,对设计周期和设计成本提出了更高的要求,为了缩短设计周期、降低设计成本,制造类企业不断追求技术革新,产品协同设计应运而生,近年来,产品协同设计的研究虽然取得了一定成果,但是在产品协同设计项目管理方面还存在一些不足,特别是在项目管理中还没有普遍应用工作流技术,这在很大程度上制约了产品协同设计项目管理系统的普适性、灵活性和有效性。为此,本文通过对产品协同设计中基于工作流的项目管理系统的研究,为解决这些问题提供了一种有效的途径。本文在对协同设计项目管理国内外现状、局限进行总结、分析的基础上,对项目管理、协同设计、工作流理论进行了深入研究,并进而提出了产品协同设计中基于工作流的项目管理系统框架,该框架采用B/S体系结构,可以确保产品协同设计人员方便地通过各类网络,包括INTERNET参与项目管理。本文着重对系统关键技术进行了分析和研究,这些关键技术包括:系统基本功能管理、宏观项目管理、微观项目管理、项目协同管理。系统基本功能管理包括系统安全、系统资源管理,它为系统项目管理提供了最基本的前提和保障。宏观项目管理处理项目管理上层方面,从全局角度负责项目管理,它包括项目定义和项目分解两部分,项目定义明确了产品设计项目,为产品协同设计确立了总体目标;项目分解把设计项目分解为一系列子项目,通过项目分解使产品设计项目具有可执行性。项目微观管理实际为工作流管理,处理项目管理下层方面,从底层角度负责项目流程的执行,它把分解后的一系列子项目任务写成流程的形式,然后部署执行,实现了流程及时、自动化、可视化执行,系统采用JBPM作为工作流引擎,对工作流各方面的技术进行了深入细致的探讨。项目协同管理包括动态小组和信息交流,为产品协同设计项目管理提供了协同功能。项目采用JSP+SERVLET+JAVABEAN技术实现了该系统,具有系统基本功能管理、宏观项目管理、微观项目管理、项目协同管理功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the develop of economy and more competitive,the complexity of new product are higher, and the speed of renovation are rapider, so good cycle and cost are needed , more manufacture corporation pursue new technology for shorter cycle and lower cost , so CSCD( computer supported cooperant design ) come into being .Recent years the research on CSCD takes out , but there are questions in it : project management doesn’t adopt workflow technology at large , so the adaptability、agility、validity of the project management system are restricted . Reserch on project management system based workflow in CSCD could solve this question.Firstly ,the paper explains aim and sense , then the status of project management in our country and the world is summarized and analyzed, then the theory of project、CSCD and workflow is lucubrated. The frame of project management system based workflow in CSCD is put forward according to this theory. The frame adopt B/S system framework. The people in CSCD could manage project by Internate. The key technology of the system is analyzed and studied. There are system basic function、macrocosmic project management、microcosmic project management、project management cooperant function in this key technology . System basic function includes system safety、system resource management. It offers the basic precondition and safeguard. Macrocosmic project management deals with the superstratum of project. It includes project definition and project breaking down. Project definition definite the big project, and it give us a big aim . Project breaking down decomposes the big project into a lot of child project. These child project are guidable. In fact microcosmic project management is workflow management. It deals with the substrate of project. A lot of child project are described flows then the flows are carried out roboticizedly、eyeably、timely. The system adopt JBPM as workflow engine , and the skills of JBPM are analyzed and studied . Project management cooperant function includes dynamic group and information AC function . It offers cooperante function for project management.The system is completed with the skill of JSP+SERVLET+JAVABEAN.
