基于SPWM技术的测试电源的研究和设计

【摘要】 测试电源用于电能表、互感器等机电元件的校验。本文设计了一种以微处理器89C51为核心,SPWM控制器SA4828为主体的数字逆变测试电源。该电源采用全数字控制,结构简单、控制灵活,为测试电源产品的开发给出了一种全新的设计方法。智能化控制是目前国内外的一个研究热点,本设计中控制核心采用性价比高的C51系列单片机。采用高速度,高性能的微处理器进行处理、存储和比较,实现一些高效率的控制方法,同时实施迅速有效的保护功能。在调制方法上采用流行的正弦脉宽调制(SPWM),为了改善设备的性能,提高设备的效率,采用了先进的全数字化控制脉宽调制芯片SA4828代替原来的模拟控制脉宽调制芯片HEF4752,SA4828是Mitel公司生产的三相SPWM波形产生器,它可提供高质量,全数字的三相脉宽调制波形,同时为了提高驱动与保护的快速性与准确性,采用了高性能的驱动与保护芯片。在供电电路上采用JS158,它是专为设计逆变装置而又使用IPM的嵌入式系统级开关电源。文中介绍SA4828的原理及其应用在逆变器中的软、硬件设计方法。此文中,先搭建了高精度逆变测试电源的单相电实验平台并得到了得到了理想的试验波形,在此基础上,利用了MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真环境建立了三相逆变电源系统的仿真模型,用以验证控制方案的可行性和有效性。结果表明:采用了本文设计的数字化控制的逆变测试电源可以获得稳定的电压输出,符合测试电源的设计要求。数字化的测试电源最终实现了自动调节,自动检测,自动诊断和自动保护等功能,基本实现了智能控制的要求。

【Abstract】 The power is used to measure the electrical and machinery industry, for example, electric energy meter, mutual inductance and so on .In this paper, a new power is based on 89C51 and SA4828 is designed. The system configuration, performance feature and experimental study are introduced as well. The power uses the full digital control method, so it is simple in construction, flexible in control. This paper presents a new design method of power product.It is a hot spot of the world that the intellectualized control.It mainly uses high-speed microprocessor to dispose, restore, compare and implement a high efficiency control way .At the same time, it can enforce a rapid and effective function of protection. In my paper, the core is advanced C51 serial microprocessor in control. The fashionable method of pulse width modulation (SPWM) is applied. In order to improve equipment performance and advance efficiency, advanced digitizing pulse-width modulation chip in control-SA4828 is used to take the place of the HEF4752 which is a analogue control pulse-width modulation chip. In order to heighten the accuracy and reaction rate of the driver and defender, the high performance driven and protective chip is used. At the end, the equipment performance was picked up.During this paper, simulation model of the inverter is established by the simulation environment of MATLAB /Simulink is used to validate feasibility of the control scheme. Study of the system has carried out on the experimental platform, and given the system test waveform. It is shown by the results that the inverter power with digital control technologies designed by this dissertation can output steady voltage. It is consistent with the design goals of mechanical and electrical research institute.The equipment can carry out automatic regulation, automatic check, automatic diagnosis and automatication. So we can see that it fulfill the command of intelligent control.
