【摘要】 本研究将在前人研究成果的基础上,从对吉林农业科技学院图书馆文献信息资源数量与结构和信息服务现状的分析入手,结合用户调查数据,剖析院校读者的文献信息和服务项目的需求、对服务的满意度、需求中存在的障碍因子以及科研用户对文献的利用率,提出吉林农业科技学院图书馆今后发展的重点是深化传统服务、拓展数字化服务的对策建议。根据目前学院图书馆与国内外先进图书馆之间在信息服务方面存在的差距,就网络环境下读者的信息需求和服务进行分析研究,研究对象确定为吉林农业科技学院的广大师生及科研人员,具体研究内容如下:(1)学院图书馆文献资源建设与服务。(2)用户的基本情况。(3)用户对服务的满意度及希望图书馆提供的服务。(4)用户对文献资源的需求和利用。(5)用户信息需求分析。(6)用户在信息需求中存在的障碍因子。(7)图书馆服务模式分析。所取得的结论是:到馆读者以年轻人为主;期刊和专著为常用文献类型,学位论文的利用有上升趋势;电子型网络版全文数据库更受欢迎;读者对图书馆的基本服务项目满意度较高;用户信息需求存在障碍;文献利用效果不明显。提出了几下建议:加速图书馆数字化服务平台的搭建、发展及完善,通过几种实时咨询方式,增加馆、馆员、用户的数字参考咨询交流,建立用户满意测评及以用户需求为导向的数字信息服务体系,以此来促进数字化服务更好更快地发展。

【Abstract】 This paper is based on forerunners’research results. From analyzing the amount and structure of document information resources and information service status, combined with users’survey data, this paper analyzes the college readers’demands for documents information and service items, the degree of satisfaction, obstacle factors existed in demands and the utilization rate of documents, and gives some advice on how to deepen and widen digital service of JiLin Agriculture and Technology College library.According to the difference of between advanced libraries at home and abroad and ours, this paper analyzes the readers’information demands and service under network conditions. The object of study is teachers, students and researchers of JiLin Agriculture and Technology College. Followed by some specific contents: 1. our library’s construction and service on document recourses 2.the readers’basic conditions 3. Readers’degree of satisfaction and the expecting service provided by the library 4. Readers’demand and use of document 5.analysis of readers’information demand 6.obstacle factors in information demands 7.analysis of library service models.Conclusion: the majority of the visitors are the younger, periodical and monograph are the main documents types; the use of degree thesis went up ; electronic full-text databases was more popular; the degree of satisfaction was a bit high; users’information demand is the obstacle; the effect of document utilization was not obvious.Advice: to accelerate the establishment, development and perfection of the digitalized service platform of library; to improve the users’digital reference and information communication, librarians and library provide real-time information consultation in several ways; to build up the system of the evaluation for user satisfaction and the digitalized information service guided by the users’demand; to enhance a rapid development of digitalized service.
