苎麻饲用资源产量与品质性状的研究

Studies on Yield and Quality Character of Ramie (Boehmeria Nivea L.) Germplasm for Forage

【摘要】 饲用苎麻的研究正处于起步阶段,苎麻做饲料开发,其产量与品质性状的研究在国内外研究较少。本研究从国家苎麻种质资源圃中选出33个苎麻品种为材料,随机区组设计,进行了苎麻饲用产量与品质性状的测定。产量性状涉及鲜产量、干产量、叶茎比,品质性状测定采用国家标准法,分别测定苎麻品种间的粗蛋白含量(CP)、粗纤维含量(CF)、粗脂肪含量(EE)、粗灰分含量(CA)、磷含量(P)、钙含量(Ca)等品质指标,对苎麻品种间的变异和相关性进行研究,综合评价33个苎麻品种的饲用经济价值。研究结果表明:粗灰分含量与钙含量性状之间呈极显著正相关,相关系数达到0.6527;叶茎比与粗纤维含量的性状之间呈极显著负相关,相关系数为0.4574;鲜重与干重的性状之间呈显著正相关,相关系数是0.3643;鲜重与叶茎比、干重比与粗蛋白含量、粗蛋白与粗纤维的性状之间呈显著负相关,相关系数是0.3547、0.3278、0.4079。通过聚类分析综合产量与品质性状评价出涟源竹根麻、邻水野麻、青皮麻、青麻苎、巫山线麻、天柱青麻、梁平青麻、泸县青皮、阳新细叶绿的性状较好,适合做饲料开发。对苎麻杂交后代的产量与品质性状进行统计分析,显示苎麻杂交后代的性状主要受遗传因素控制,产量与品质性状存在丰富的变异性,其中干生物产量、EE、鲜生物产量的遗传变异系数比较大。通过选择优良的亲本,可以培育出性状较好的适合做饲料应用的苎麻品种。

【Abstract】 The study on feeding Ramie is being at the start stage , it is few research on yield and quality of feeding ramie at home and abroad,so it is studied on yield and quality of feeding ramie selecting 33 varieties from the national China grass idioplasm resources in this paper . The yield character involves fresh weight,fry weight , the ratio of leaf to stem and so on;the qaulity character crude protein content (CP), crude fiber content (CF), ether extract content (EE),crude ash content (CA), phosphorus content (P), calcium content (Ca). The analysis of quality character uses the national standard method.The genetic variance and correlation in varieties are studied,they are also evaluated economic value for feeding of 33 varieties.The research showed as follows:The simple correlation analysis between yield character and quality character indicates that: the crude ash content and calcium content exist extremely obvious positive correlation, the correlation coefficient is 0.6257;the ratio of leaf to stem and the crude fiber content assumes the extremely remarkable inverse correlation, the correlation coefficient is 0.4574; The fresh weight and the dry weight character exist positive correlation, the correlation coefficient is 0.3643; The fresh weight and the ratio of leaf to stem, the dry weight and the crude protein content, the crude protein and the crude fiber character exist the remarkable inverse correlation, the correlation coefficient is 0.3547, 0.3278, 0.4079.Intigrative yield and quality character were appraised by cluster analysis ,they are showed that Lianyuanzhugenma,Linshuiyema,Qingzhuma,Qingmazhu,Wushanxianma,Tianzhuqingma,Liangpingqingma,Luxianqingpi,Langxingxiyelv are suitable for feed development .Through statistical analysis on hybrid descendant’s yield and the quality character , it is demonstrated that hybrid descendant’s character is mainly controled by genetic factor , the yield and the quality character exist rich variance, hereditary change coefficient of the biological yield, EE, the fresh biological yield in which are bigger. Better feeding ramie variety may be cultivated through selecting excellence parent.
