基于组件式GIS的农业经济信息服务系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 本研究以农业经济信息服务系统的构建为主要目的,在参阅大量国内外相关的专著和论文等资料的基础上,提出了农业经济信息服务中运用组件式GIS技术的设计方案,将农业经济信息数据和行政区划电子地图整合,利用地理信息系统管理空间信息和属性信息的功能,实现了农业经济信息地理分布的可视化、动态查询分析和基于区域农产品比较优势模型的分析,在农业经济信息的综合利用和深度挖掘方面进行了尝试。主要工作如下:以国产组件式GIS软件Supermap Objects为开发平台,C#.Net为语言环境,采用面向对象和组件式开发技术,设计和开发了农业经济信息服务GIS系统,实现了空间信息和经济数据的双向可视化查询,各省农业基本情况和统计报表的动态生成等功能;以中国农业部农村经济基础资料数据库的省、县两级农业经济信息和国家统计局的1:400万电子地图为数据来源,建立了农业经济空间信息与属性信息数据库;采用规模优势指数与效率优势指数相结合的综合分析法,选择县级行政区域作为区域界定,建立了综合比较优势指数模型,并在系统中集成应用,实现了区域农产品比较优势的计算和分析;利用Supermap Objects和TeeChart控件的功能,动态生成专题地图和统计图表,进行农业经济信息的统计分析、空间专题分析,综合利用和直观反映了农业经济信息数据;在地图上形象直观的展示农业经济区域、农产品优势产业带、全国农贸市场等分布情况,为各级农业决策部门、科研单位、农业生产部门提供辅助决策手段和辅助分析依据。论文详细阐述了系统的技术基础、体系结构、功能模块和利用组件式GIS进行二次开发的基本过程。最后对农业经济信息服务GIS系统研究、开发过程中所涉及到的工作做了总结,分析了系统的实际应用价值,并对系统的进一步研究和基于PDA和GPS的农业经济信息服务做了简单讨论。

【Abstract】 With the primary purpose of constructing an agricultural economic information service system and on the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign books and papers related, the research proposes a designing plan that uses Component GIS technology in agricultural economic information service, integrates agricultural economic information data with administrative divisions electronic map, utilizes geography information system to manage spatial information and attribute information, fulfills visual and dynamic queries and analysis according to agricultural economic information’s geographical distribution, and implements regional agricultural products analysis based on comparative advantage model. This thesis also studies on the comprehensive utilization and deep mining of agricultural economic information. Major work is as follows:Using Supermap Objects, a home-made component GIS software, as the development platform, C#.Net as the language environment, adopting object-oriented technology and component-based development technology, I design and develop an agricultural economic information services GIS system, realizing such functions as the interactive visual queries between spatial information and economical data, the dynamic generation of every province’s agricultural basic status and statistical charts, and so on.Using agricultural economic information both on provincial and county level from China’s Ministry of Agriculture rural economy basic information database, and an 1:4 000 000 scaled electronic map of China’s National Bureau of Statistics as data source, build agricultural economic information spatial information databases and attribute information databases.Using a comprehensive analysis method integrating scale advantage exponents with efficient advantage exponents, county-level administrative divisions as regional boundary, build a comprehensive comparative advantage model, and integrate it with the system, fulfilling comparative advantages’calculation and analysis of regional agricultural products.Adopting functions of Supermap Objects and TeeChart components, dynamically generate thematic maps and statistical charts, implement statistical analysis and spatial thematic analysis of agricultural economic information, clearly reflecting the comprehensive utilization of agricultural economic information data.Vividly and clearly exhibiting distribution conditions of agricultural economical regions, agriculture advantages industrial belts and country’s farmer’s market on maps, provide decision support tools and supporting analysis basis for agricultural policy-making departments at all levels, scientific research entities, and agricultural production sectors.This paper elaborates on the system’s technical foundation, architecture, function modules and the basic processes of using component GIS for second development. This paper concludes on the research of agricultural economic information service GIS system and on the involved works of developing. This paper also analyses the system’s practical value, further studies on it and simply discusses PDA and GPS based agricultural economic information service.
