【摘要】 村镇是村庄、集镇、建制镇的统称,是农村地区居民建筑集中和成片分布、具备一定商业基础,居住人口相对农村一般地区密度大的社区,推进村镇建设是在本世纪头20年如期实现全国建设小康社会宏伟目标的关键。当前以信息技术为主导的新革命正在世界范围内兴起,信息化水平已成为衡量一个国家和地区经济竞争力的重要标志,经济的快速发展对信息化的依赖程度越来越大。如何通过加快乡镇信息化建设,促进乡镇经济社会的快速发展,从而实现信息化带动城镇化、现代化,已经成为当前迫切需要探讨的问题。将WebGIS技术应用于村镇信息化建设中,可以较好的解决村镇信息的发布问题,为广大的村镇居民提供可视化的信息获取渠道,方便居民生活;同时也可以使外部更好的认识村镇,为村镇的宣传提供更直接的舞台,有利于促进招商引资,促进村镇的经济发展。本文首先就课题的研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状及论文的组织进行简单的介绍;然后分析了村镇信息化建设中存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出了村镇信息化系统的设计原则,并进行了系统的需求分析和功能设计;继而对WebGIS在村镇信息化建设中的应用到的相关技术做了研究分析,提出了应该采用的技术手段;研究了村镇信息化系统的空间数据库模型,主要探讨了空间数据的存储方式,提出了适用于村镇信息化建设的数据库模型,并对开源软件PostGIS进行了分析研究;设计了村镇信息化系统的体系结构,提出了村镇信息化建设的四层体系模型,并对开源软件GeoServer进行了研究分析;最后在此基础上实现了村镇信息化原型系统。

【Abstract】 The information of rural areas is the most important target in our country development.The application of WebGIS technology to information construction of rural areas can better solve the issue of the information release. That can provide visual access to information for the majority of the residents of rural areas to facilitate their living. At the same time, that can also enable outside to get a better understanding of rural areas, which helps to promote matchmaking and rural economic development.This paper firstly makes a brief introduction on the research background and significance, domestic and foreign literature review and research papers and paper organizations. It analyses the main problems about the information construction of rural areas. Then some design principles of information systems, as well as a systematic analysis of the needs and functional design, are addressed. The technology related to the use of WebGIS on the information construction is analyzed, after which the paper puts forward the technological means that should be used. The spatial database model of the rural area information system is analyzed, which focuses on data storage means. After that, it puts forward the database model applicable to the construction of rural area information. The open source software—PostGIS is researched. This paper designs the information system architecture of rural area. The four-storey information system Model is built, and The open source software—GeoServer is researched. At last, the information system of rural area based on WebGIS is designed and implemented.
