第二代身份证读卡模块开发及应用

【摘要】 随着第二代居民身份证的全面换发,中国已进入了一个全面使用射频识别卡的崭新时代。第二代居民身份证采用多项高科技技术,具有安全、防伪等特点。全国上下针对第二代身份证的应用开发正在如火如荼的展开。众福科技苏州有限公司是位于苏州工业园区的一家企业,公司考勤采用智能卡系统。近来与苏州大学合作研究开发了一款读卡模块,在原有考勤系统的基础上扩展了读卡器的功能,在不用重新发卡的情况下利用员工的身份证直接实现刷卡考勤。此应用项目可以提供给目前所有的考勤和安防系统进行升级换代,有着广阔地市场前景。该读卡模块硬件部分包含主控芯片和射频基站芯片及其天线部分,软件部分包括主控芯片与射频基站芯片通信部分,和主控芯片与外部MCU通信部分。读卡模块主控芯片通过SPI串行接口控制射频基站芯片读取第二代居民身份证卡号或者Mifare 1卡卡号,再将卡号通过SPI串行接口传递给外部MCU。该读卡模块基于模块化的设计思想,将射频基站芯片和MCU整合在一个DIP封装的PCB上,通过SPI接口与外部连接,作为硬件中间件联系射频卡与读卡器。应用系统开发人员只需调用读卡模块提供的接口函数,就可以读取卡号,开发二代证识别应用产品。文中详细介绍了该模块的具体实现及应用。硬件部分介绍了系统的组成及硬件电路实现。软件部分重点阐述如何实现射频识别的底层驱动,并提供接口函数供用户调用。最后给出了该模块的两个应用实例:考勤读卡器和带网络接口的校园管理系统,简要的介绍了其设计方法和用途。整个设计过程采用软件工程的方法对软硬件仔细测试验证,确保系统可靠性。

【Abstract】 With the second-generation ID card comprehensive renewal, China has entered a full use of RF Reader new era. The second-generation ID cards using a number of high technology, with security, anti-forgery features. DATA IMAGE Suzhou Co., Ltd. is located in the Suzhou Industrial Park, and the company attendance using smart card systems. Recent collaborative research with Suzhou University developed a RF reader module, the original performance appraisal system expansion on the basis of the functions of the reader, card issuers do not have to re-use the circumstances to achieve their ID card directly attendance. This application projects can be made available to all current performance appraisal system and the upgrading of Security, the market has broad prospects.The RF Reader module consists of the MCU and RF base stations chip, the software include a RF base station chip communications segment and with external MCU communications segment. Through SPI interface MCU control RF base stations chip read the second generation card ID or Mifare 1 card ID, then card ID passed to external MCU from the SPI interface.The RF reader module based on the modular design concept, the RF base station chip and MCU integrated in a PCB of DIP package size, through the SPI interface with external connections, hardware middleware as a liaison with the RF card reader. Application developers can get second-generation identification card ID.Finally, the application of the two modules: Attendance band network interface card reader and the campus management system, briefly introduced the design method and its use. Throughout the design process using software engineering methods to test and certify hardware and software carefully and ensure system reliability.
