【摘要】 1980年我国开始恢复国内保险业务,在保险业务发展的过程中,保险监管也经历了从无到有、从有到专的发展过程。到2006年12月11日,我国已加入WTO五年,至此,中国的保险业务已全面对外开放。当前,我国保险业发展较快,势头较好。但在发展过程中,也遇到了许多新情况、新问题、新困难。保险市场需要监管的维护,否则,保险市场有可能步入危险的境地;然而,过度监管则会遏制保险市场的生机和活力,使之停滞不前。因此,一国保险监管的政策、力度以及完备性,是实现保险企业稳健经营的关键。在我国全面开放保险业的背景下,中国保险业面临着挑战和机遇,相应地,中国的保险监管也亟待完善,以适应目前新时期的要求。本论文分六个部分:一、引言,说明了本论文写作的背景意义、文献综述、文章思路、结构框架、创新点及不足之处;二、保险监管的基本理论概述,说明了保险监管的相关基本概念、保险监管的产生和保险监管的理论依据分析;三、我国保险监管的现状分析,说明了我国保险监管的发展阶段、当前我国保险监管面临的形势和我国保险监管存在的主要问题;四、保险监管的国际比较及对中国的借鉴意义,分析了美、英、日三个保险业发达国家在保险监管方面的相同与差异之处,并简要说明了对我国保险监管的借鉴意义;五、完善我国保险监管的具体措施,从五个大的方面具体阐述了我国改进和完善保险监管的措施;六、结束语。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1980, China began to resume domestic insurance business, during the development of insurance business, the insurance supervision also got the progressive development. By the December 11, 2006, China has been in the WTO for five years, China’s insurance business has been fully open. Currently, China’s insurance industry developed quickly, and the momentum is good. But during the development process China’s insurance industry also encounters many new situations and new problems, new difficulties. We need to regulate the insurance market. Otherwise, the insurance market could meet dangerous situation; However, over-supervision would curb the insurance market’s vitality and vigor. Therefore, the policy of insurance supervision, and the sound operation of the policy are the key to promote the insurance industry. With the background of full liberalization of China’s insurance industry, the Chinese insurance industry faces challenges and opportunities, and accordingly, China’s insurance supervision has to be perfect in order to meet the requirements of the new era now.This paper consists of six parts: 1, an Introduction to illustrate this thesis’s writing background significance of the literature, article ideas, structural framework, innovation, and deficiencies; 2, the basic theory about insurance supervision; 3, the status of China’s insurance supervision; 4, the international comparison of insurance supervision and it’s guidance to China; 5, the measures on perfecting China’s insurance supervision; 6, Conclusion.更多还原
