直流电机控制器测试系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 传统的直流电机控制器的测试实验都是通过人工进行的,由于测控点多,数据量大,数据记录时间长,数据处理和分析都很复杂。随着工业自动化的迅速发展,日益复杂的测试任务和测试条件都迫切需要功能更强大、成本更低廉、系统更灵活的新一代测试系统,因此本课题研究并设计直流电机控制器测试系统是很有必要的。在本文中,首先叙述了直流电机控制器测试系统的开发背景,给出了测试系统的组成及设计方案,在此基础上,分硬件和软件两个环节详细阐述了直流电机控制器测试系统的实现过程。在硬件方面,设计并完成了基于MC68HC908GP32单片机的硬件电路板并调试成功;在软件方面,文中给出了MCU方软件设计和PC方软件设计的过程,软件设计采用模块化设计方法,提高了程序的可读性、易测试性和移植性。通过测试,直流电机控制器测试系统达到了设计指标,可以满足直流电机控制器的各项测试要求。在很大程度上提高了直流电机控制器检测的自动化程度,提高了系统的测试效率。

【Abstract】 The testing experiment of the conventional controller of the direct current motor is made artificially. Both the data processing and analysis are complicated due to lots of testing spots, large quantity of data and long time to take records. With the rapid development of industrial automation, increasingly complicated testing task and condition, there is a dire need for a more powerful, cheaper and more flexible testing system. Therefore, it is necessary to research and design the design and realization of controller testing system for Direct-Current Motor (DCMTS) in this subject.This paper first tells the developing background of the DCMTS and provides the composition and design project of the testing system. And on this basis, it elaborates the implementation process of DCMTS on hardware and software respectively. As for the hardware, a hardware circuit based on MC69HC908GP32 SCM is designed and tested successfully; and as for the software, the paper presents the design of MCU software and the designing procedure of the PC software. The modularized designing method is adopted for the software design , and in this way the readability, testability and transplantation are increased.By testing, the DCMTS has reached the designing standard and can meet the needs of all the testing requirements of the DCMTS. Thus, the degree of the testing automation of the DCMTS and the testing efficiency of the system are improved.
