热缩材料辐照控制系统的设计

【摘要】 热缩材料是用途广泛的高科技产品,具有较高的绝缘、阻燃、防腐、隔热性能,主要应用于电力、通讯、航天、军工、电子、船舶、石油化工、汽车、造船等诸多领域[1]。随着热缩材料生产工艺的快速发展和国内外需求量的迅速增加,越来越多的企业转向了热缩材料的生产和研发,目前研究重点主要集中在如何提高产品的产量、热缩性能、自动化程度和系统的安全性上。本文在充分调研热缩材料辐照系统工艺生产流程的基础上,将虚拟仪器技术应用到热缩材料辐照生产线的控制中,设计出了一套基于虚拟仪器的热缩材料辐照控制系统,实现了辐照过程的高度自动化,提高了生产效率。文中详细地介绍了系统硬件组成和虚拟仪器软件这两个部分的设计过程,并且根据热缩材料的具有较多型号的特点,在辐照控制模型建立过程中,充分考虑到遗传算法能够提供一种求解复杂系统优化问题的通用框架,对问题的种类具有很强的鲁棒性,提出了基于遗传算法的辐照控制模型,进一步提高了系统的适应性和稳定性。该系统己成功地应用于苏州工业园区某著名公司的热缩材料辐照车间,实现了生产的自动化,提高了劳动生产率和产品质量,取得了明显的经济效益,具有较高的推广价值。

【Abstract】 Pyrocondensation material is a kind of high scientific and technologic product in wide use. It has the characters of insulation, burning prevention, antisepsis, heat insulation, and mainly used in the field of electric power, communication, spaceflight, war industry, electron, watercraft, petroleum, automobile and shipbuilding. With the development of pyrocondensation material technical and the rapid growth of demand, more and more corporations begin to product pyrocondensation material. Now, the study is focus on the field of increase the product output, pyrocondensation capability, automatization and security of the system.On the basis of full investigation of pyrocondensation material radiation system’s production process, this paper puts forward the pyrocondensation material radiation control system based on VI (Virtual Instrument). The method realizes high automatization of the radiation process, and improves production efficiency. In this paper, the hardware and software of the control system are detailedly introduced. GA (Generic algorithms) could provide the generic framework of complex system optimize problem, so in the design process of irradiation control model, this paper puts forward a new kind of radiation control model based on generic algorithms, further improve the efficiency of the system.The control system designed in this paper has successfully used in the pyrocondensation material radiation workshop in one famous company in Suzhou Industry Park. It has improved the productivity and product quality, got obviously economic benefits and had high promotion value.
