【摘要】 随着经济全球化的发展,越来越多的企业选择中国作为生产制造中心,而中国作为全球非常重要的制造基地,其产品质量也越来越受到关注。笔者所从事的工作就是负责美国林肯公司在中国区的供应商质量管理。本文首先介绍质量管理的理论基础,并通过实际工作中遇到的问题作为案例,通过对问题的展开分析,最终找出产生的根本原因。有针对性地对供应商进行过程统计控制、失效模式分析、测量系统分析以及文件控制等方面的培训,并结合具体实例进行实际的操作,使得供应商在这些方面的控制得到了明显的改善。而最终从供应商的出货准时完成率上也可以看出这些改善措施是有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 More and more enterprises take China as the manufacture center because of the economy globalization. Since that, the product quality which made in China has been addressed. I’m responsible for the Lincoln (US) supplier quality management in China area.In this thesis, firstly talk about the quality management theory. Take one problem which happened in my job as sample, investigate and analysis to get the root cause. Train supplier about related SPC、FMEA、MSA and document control and also do samples together with supplier. Finally get quality improvement obviously according to the related KPI.
