美国高等护理教育及其对我国的启示

【摘要】 随着社会的发展和科学技术的进步,世界各国日益重视人的价值,重视个体健康和生活质量的提高。在此过程中,培养满足社会健康需求的护理人才的重要性是不言而喻的。作为培养护理专业人才的高等护理教育更是得到了长足的发展,相比之下,美国的护理教育在过去的一百多年中比其它国家发展的更为迅速,并形成了相对完善的护理教育体系,成为各国发展高等护理教育的重要借鉴。本文的主要内容:一是力图从宏观的角度理出美国高等护理教育的概貌。二是力图从微观的角度分析美国高等护理教育的现状,包括高等护理教育的层次与结构、招生入学制度、教育标准、课程设置和护理教育评估制度等。三是总结美国高等护理教育发展中的特点,这些特点包括:护理专业内部的力量在护理教育发展中的作用;社会制度尤其是医疗体制对高等护理教育的促进;高等教育的大环境给了高等护理教育自主发展的空间和条件;较为完善的护理评估制度保证了护理教育的质量等。四是结合中国高等护理教育的实际,针对目前我国高等护理教育中存在的问题和不足进行分析,寻求对我国高等护理教育的改革和发展有益的启示和借鉴。研究美国高等护理教育的现状、发展与特点,对正在改革和发展中的我国高等护理教育具有重要参照意义。

【Abstract】 As society and science & technology keep progressing, human value, like health and living quality, has been paid great attention to. Consequently, it makes nursing service and nursing education of vital importance. The United States, through over a hundred years development in nursing education, with a prominent whole nursing education system, has became a nice example for the other countries.The paper mainly contains: Firstly, a macro survey of higher nursing education in the United States. Secondly, a detailed analysis on higher nursing education of the United States, include it’s structure, entrance system, education standard, specific courses, and assessment system etc. Thirdly, a conclusion of it’s higher nursing education characteristics, which include, the inner power of nursing major, societal policy and medical system, flexible education mode, outstanding assessment system, specific course setting and diversified education objective etc. Last but not least, compare with the situation and experience of higher nursing education in China, try to discover some references and inspirations while in the innovation and development of our own nursing education.Study on the higher nursing education of the United States will bring beneficial references to our own.
