变色激光打标机的研制

【摘要】 激光打标技术是激光加工中的重要组成部分,激光打标的许多独特优点是其它标刻技术所不能企及的。激光打标是利用高能量密度的激光对工件进行局部照射,使表层材料汽化或发生颜色变化的化学反应,从而留下永久性标记、商标的一种打标方法。激光打标可以打出各种文字、符号和图案等,字符大小可以从毫米到微米量级,这对产品的防伪有特殊的意义。变色激光打标是一种新型的激光打标技术,可以标刻出6种不同的颜色。这样使得我们标刻出的图形或文字更加美观、漂亮。本文在论述方法的可行性后,设计出了变色激光打标机,包括光路系统、控制系统等。它是综合光学、精密机械、电子和计算机等技术于一体的光机电一体化系统。本文的创新点是通过聚焦的两相干光束在材料表面发生干涉,相干两光束的能量大于材料的损伤阈值时便可在材料的表面记录相干的条纹光点,系统中通过光栅的转动使得干涉光点的条纹取向发生改变,合理地安排图形中的各个光点的干涉条纹取向,使得记录的图形在白光下再现出美观文字或者图形。目前市场上的精细打标是通过单束光来打标,使得标刻的点很精细,但是它们一次只能打一条线,速度比较慢,如果标刻一个文件需要比较长的时间;我们的系统采用光栅来使一束光分成两束,让它们干涉,这样一次标刻的就是一个面,速度明显提高了很多,且标刻的图样也很清晰。

【Abstract】 Laser marking technology is the essential part of laser process, it has many exclusive advantages. Laser marking utilizes the laser of high energy density to partly irradiate to workpieces, which makes surface layer boiled off or color changed, so as to give permanent mark, trademark. This kind of marking is able to mark various words, symbols and figures, etc. The size of character can be from grade“millimeter”to grade“micron”, which is significant in fake-proofing for commodities.Color-changing laser marking is one kind of latest high-tech, which is able to mark 6 different colors, making the figures and characters look even nicer.After proving the feasibility in theory, we designed color-changing laser marking system, including optics system, controlling system etc.Laser marker is one integrated system of optic-mechanical-electron, which integrates with optics, precision apparatus, electron and computer technology etc.The INNOVATION of my paper: two focalized beams of light intervened to be one point at surface of object, if the energy of two beams is larger than damaging value of object, it can be impressed an intervened strip on surface, running of the raster makes the orientation of strips changed in system, reasonably arranging each orientation of strips in figure, so as to make recorded figure looks finer under the white light.At present, there is a precise laser marking of single beam of light in market, however, it is only able to mark with one strip, and that’s of lower speed, meanwhile, it costs much time to mark documentation. Our raster system divides one beam into two beams, making them intervened, which can get one face by one marking, improving speed a lot obviously, and it can mark even clearer figures.
