基于成人非连续性学习的教学策略研究

【摘要】 成人学习者身心发展基本成熟,他们大多数以发展生产和社会能力为主要目的,其学习动机源于生活,学习活动与工作、休闲及其他活动交错进行。由于人的思想和行为不可能完全根据设定的目标或计划进行,其学习活动时常被内在的或外在的因素所中断,因此成人学习不应是预设的、连贯性的直线式学习,而应该是一种关照成人生活,以成人现实生活为依托并以此为目的的具有生成性和非连续性的学习方式,而且随着社会变迁的不断加快,知识社会的信息潮流冲击着传统的学习方式,以往的被动接受的、机械式的学习方式受到严峻挑战,而终身的非连续性的学习方式因其应变性和灵活性将被越来越多的成人所认可。成人非连续性学习具有成人学习目的的现实性、学习时间的间断性、学习内容的集合性、学习过程非线性等基本特征。从新的视角研究和审视成人学习,并通过对成人学习的重新认识,反思目前我国成人教学存在的问题,为成人教育教学提供了新的科学基础和理论依据。成人教育教学如果能够以成人非连续性学习为依据,转变教学观念,合理设计教学内容,动态生成教学过程,弹性安排教学时间,优化运用各种教学方法,便能真正起到帮助和促进成人学习、丰富成人生活内涵、提高成人生存质量的作用,从而回归成人教育教学的本原诉求。

【Abstract】 Physical and mental development of adult learners is mature basically, most of them make developing production and social capacity their main intention. Their motivation to learn is from life. Learning, work, leisure and other activities staggered. Because people’s thinking and behavior can not be completely carry out work in accordance with the targets set or plan, their activities are often interrupted by internal or external factors, sometimes, adult learning can not be scheduled, continuous, it should be a generating and discontinuity learning style which is concerned with adult life and relies on adult life. Now our social changes at an accelerated pace, and the traditional learning types are being impacted by the knowledge society. The passive accepting, rote-learning methods of the past are meeting with tough challenges, but the life-learning and the discontinuity methods will be recognized gradually by adults because of their contingency and flexibility.Adult discontinuity learning has many characteristics, such as the learning purpose of is more practical, the adult learning time is intermittent,, learning content is modular, the process of adult learning is nonlinear, and so on. This paper attempts to research and prospect adult learning in a new point of view, and the new awareness of learning style will help us to analyze the problems existed in China’s current adult teaching, to provide new scientific foundation and theory basis for adult education and adult teaching. Adult education should base on the theory of adult discontinuity learning. It asks educators to transform teaching concept, to produce teaching process dynamically, to design the content of courses reasonably, to arrange teaching time elastically, and to use teaching methods optimally. Researching on adult discontinuity learning can be truly helpful, it can not only promote adult learning, rich content of adult life and improve the quality of life of adults, but also provide new scientific basis and theoretical basis to adult education, help adult education return to its primitive demands.
