基于VRML/X3D的虚拟房地产展示系统设计与实现

【摘要】 面对日益增加的竞争压力和多样化的市场需求,越来越多的房地产公司开始将直观形象的虚拟现实技术应用到房地产的销售展示中,以促进销售业绩的增长。在虚拟现实技术中,VRML和X3D是非常重要的技术标准。其中VRML(VirtualReality Modeling Language,虚拟现实建模语言)定义了用于建立虚构的三维场景模型的语言。X3D(Extensible 3D,可扩展三维)定义了如何在多媒体中整合基于网络传播的交互三维图形的国际标准。基于VRML/X3D的虚拟现实技术已被广泛应用于医疗、娱乐、军事、制造、房地产等领域。本文课题基于VRML/X3D技术,设计与实现一个虚拟房地产展示系统。主要采用VRML语言建模,并使用可视化软件辅助模型设计,使用LOD算法优化虚拟展示系统,应用JavaScript语言扩展演示系统的交互功能。针对传统房地产展示系统图形界面单一、图形实时交互性不足、真实沉浸感差等问题,重点研究了房地产三维场景逼真性建模技术和交互功能实现,以及系统实现过程中各种实时处理技术及策略的应用。力图在改善纹理映射图像质量的同时,提高图像纹理映射速度。本文介绍了虚拟房地产展示系统的设计与实现过程,详细阐述了课题涉及的软件开发技术,深入探讨了虚拟现实的建模技术,给出了在建模方案中的优化方法。本文最后给出了基于VRML/X3D的虚拟房地产展示系统实现结果,并提出课题的下一步规划。更多还原

【Abstract】 Face competition pressure and the market demand diversifying increasing by gradually, the more and more many real estate agency begins penetrating image virtual reality technology application to be sold in real estate showing middle, promotes selling achievement increasing by. In virtual reality technology, VRML and X3D are very important technical norms. VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) has defined the three-dimensional circumstances being used to build fiction model language. X3D, expansion 3D have defined X3D Extensible how to integrate the interactive 3D artwork international standard spreading owing to the network in multi-media. Owing to VRML/X3D Virtual Reality technology, the quilt already applies to fields such as medical treatment, entertainment, military affairs, fabrication, real estate etc.This paper topic based on VRML/X3D technology, designs and realizes a virtual reality real estate showing system .Adopting VRML language to build a model mainly, uses the Visualization software to assist model to design that, and uses the LOD algorithm optimization to suppose the function showing system, applying JavaScript language expanding interactive demonstrating system. The artwork interface is unitary, artwork real time interactive nature immerses insufficient, true specifically for tradition real estate shows system to feel the low grade problem, the build the model technology and interactive verisimilitude function having studied three-dimensional circumstances of real estate realizes, applies priority as well as system realization process is hit by the various real-time processing technology and tactics.
