微波带通滤波器的分析与设计

【摘要】 带通滤波器(BPF)是所有滤波器中使用最多、最重要,也是最难设计的一种滤波器。本文通过分析各种微波滤波器的特性,研究阶跃阻抗谐振器(SIR)的特性,研究采用SIR结构的微波带通滤波器的设计方法,以实现对这类滤波器的高效快速设计。同时,随着计算机性能的提高,以及微波CAD技术的进一步发展,高频电磁仿真软件仿真的精度和效率不断提高,可以将传统的等效电路设计方法与高频电磁仿真软件相结合,提高设计精度,缩短微波滤波器的研制周期,因此使用CAD软件技术来实现微波滤波器的设计及理论研究也具有现实意义。本文就微波带通滤波器的设计方法、新的结构、滤波器阻带抑制的改善和滤波器的小型化进行了分析和研究。主要工作包括以下内容:1、分析阶跃阻抗谐振器(SIR)的结构和相关原理,同时重点分析SIR的基本特性如:谐振条件、谐振长度、杂散频率和等效电路等。2、研究利用SIR的原理设计微波带通滤波器的设计方法,并分析不同阻抗比的微波带通滤波器之间的特性。3、研究SIR滤波器阻带抑制的改善方法,以消除寄生通带的影响。4、研究利用EDA工具进行滤波器设计的方法。使用EDA工具模拟滤波器设计的实验,以此来设计滤波器,形成一种滤波器设计的通用和简单高效的方法,尤其是对于具有复杂几何结构的滤波器。

【Abstract】 Band-pass filter (BPF) is the most used in the filters of all, the most important and also the most difficult to design a filter. Through analysis of the characteristics of microwave filters, research step impedance resonator (SIR) the characteristics of using SIR structure of the microwave band-pass filter design to bring about such an efficient filter rapid design. Meanwhile, with the improvement of computer performance, as well as microwave for the further development of CAD technology, high-frequency electromagnetic simulation software simulation accuracy and efficiency continuously improve, can be the equivalent circuit of traditional design methods with high-frequency electromagnetic simulation software integration, improve design the accuracy and shorten the development cycle of microwave filters, the use of CAD software technology to achieve microwave filter design and theoretical research also has practical significance.In this paper, microwave band-pass filter design, the new structure, suppression filter stopband filter and the improvement of a small analysis and research. Major work include the following:1. Step impedance analysis resonator (SIR) structure and related principles, with emphasis on analysis of the fundamental characteristics such as SIR: resonant conditions, resonant length, frequency and spurious Equivalent circuit.2. The research designs the microwave bandpass filter with the SIRprinciple the design method, and analysis different impedance ratiomicrowave bandpass filter between characteristic.3. Research SIR filter stopband inhibited improvements to eliminate the effects of parasitic passband.4. Using EDA tools filter design method. The use of EDA tools for analog filter design experiments, in order to design filters, the formation of a filter design of a simple and efficient common method, especially for the complex geometry of the filter.
