科学发展观：人的全面发展理论的新发展

【摘要】 人的全面发展理论是马克思主义的重要组成部分,促进“每个人的自由而全面发展”是马克思和恩格斯一生追求的目标。党的十六届三中全会提出了要“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会与人的全面发展”,党的十六届五中全会和六中全会将科学发展观作为了“两会”的主旋律之一,党的十七次全国代表大会将科学发展观作为了大会的主题,并通过了将科学发展观写入党章的决议。马克思主义具有与时俱进的理论品质,科学发展观的提出正是在新的实践基础上对马克思主义人的全面发展理论的继承、发展和创新。科学发展观继承了马克思主义人的全面发展理论,从我国国情出发,依据我国新时期新阶段的发展和实践特点,结合当今世界发展趋势和发展规律,对人的全面发展的内涵、发展本质、规律、实现思路等进行了新的探索,形成了内涵丰富、体系完整的理论,回应了在社会主义制度建立之后,如何确立以人为本发展模式,如何实现人的全面发展与自然、社会的全面、协调、可持续发展等一系列问题,赋予了马克思主义人的全面发展理论以发展和创新,使人的全面发展理论发展成为一套清晰、完整而日趋成熟的发展思路和理念体系。科学发展观与马克思主义人的全面发展理论是一脉相承的,正确认识科学发展观对人的全面发展理论的新发展,对于完善马克思主义人的全面发展理论,进一步促进科学发展观的落实具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本论文正是基于上述问题,试图以马克思主义人的全面发展理论视野下的科学发展观为主要研究对象,把科学发展观纳入马克思主义人的全面发展理论的思想境域内,在深入分析科学发展观的提出和内涵的基础上,论证科学发展观也是一种马克思主义人的全面发展理论,探讨科学发展观对马克思主义人的全面发展理论的丰富和发展。全文共分六个部分。第一部分是引言,介绍问题的提出,即为何对“科学发展观:人的全面发展理论的新发展”这一课题进行研究,分析该课题研究现状并进行评述,介绍本论文的研究方法和研究价值。第二部分对马克思主义人的全面发展理论的内涵和意义进行论述。第三部分对科学发展观的提出、内涵进行分析,指出科学发展观也是一种人的全面发展理论并进行论述。第四部分论述科学发展观对马克思主义人的全面发展理论的创新和发展。在这一部分里,首先分析科学发展观对人的全面发展理论的继承,然后重点分析科学发展观对人的全面发展理论的发展,即在内涵和时代特征上丰富了人的全面发展理论,在发展本质问题上完善了人的全面发展理论,在社会机理上创新了人的全面发展理论,在发展方式和途径上拓展了人的全面发展理论,在实现进程上发展了人的全面发展理论。第五部分论述科学发展观对马克思主义人的全面发展理论的意义,并在此基础上,探讨以科学发展观为指导,促进人的全面发展的途径。第六部分是结束语。第四部分和第五部分是文章的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The people’s overall development thought is important contents of the Marxist theories. To promote‘Everyone’s free and all-round development’is Marxist and Engels’s pursuit of the goal of life. The Third Plenum of the 16th National Party Congress raised that we should‘Adhere to the people-centered concept of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept, promoting economic and social development and people’s all-round’, the Fifth Plenum of the 16th and Sixth Plenary Session will be the scientific development concept as a "two sessions" one of the main theme, the party’s 17th National People’s Congress will be the scientific concept of development as the theme of the General Assembly, And make a resolution that the scientific development concept should be write into the party constitution. Marxist’s theoretical keeping up with the times. The scientific concept of development proposed in the new practice is based on Marxism on the comprehensive development of the theory of development and innovation. The scientific concept of development as a social concept of development, which put the people-centered on a core position, and stressed that all-round human development and social comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the unified. The scientific concept of development and Marxism on the comprehensive development of the theory is in the same vein. A correct understanding of the scientific concept of development to the comprehensive development of a new development theory has great theoretical and practical significance to perfect Marxism on the comprehensive development of theory and to further promote the implementation of the concept of scientific development.This paper is based on the above issues, trying to put Marxist theory of the comprehensive development of the vision of the concept of scientific development under the main object of study, and to absorb the scientific development concept into Marxism on the comprehensive development of the theory of ideology throughout the region. Based on the raise, content and features in-depth analysis of the concept of scientific development, to discuss the concept of scientific development on the Marxist theory of the comprehensive development of the enrichment and development. The article is composed of six parts, the first part is INTRODUCTION, which introduced how to raise the issue, which is why we study the theme of‘the scientific concept of development: The comprehensive development of a new development theory’. The third part of this paper analyses and discusses the raise, content and features of the scientific concept of development. The fourth part of this paper discusses the scientific concept of development of the Marxist theory of the comprehensive development of the inheritance and development. In this part, first of all, we analyze the concept of scientific development to the comprehensive development of the theory of succession. Then we focus on the scientific development concept which focused on the comprehensive development of the development of theory, and that is to riche man’s all-round development of the theoretical of connotation and the distinctive characteristics of the times, to perfect man’s all-round development of the theoretical in the essence of development, to innovate man’s all-round development of the theoretical of social mechanism, to expand the people’s all-round development of the direction and ways, to develop the people’s all-round development in the progress of the way to implement. The fifth part of this paper discusses the scientific concept of development of Marxism on the comprehensive development of the theory of theoretical and on this basis, discusses the way to promote man’s all-round development under the guidance of scientific concept of development.
