网络化视频监控系统实时传输子系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着数字技术、多媒体通信和IP宽带网络技术的不断发展,信息领域取得了革命性的进步。网络化视频监控系统也在这一潮流中异军突起,成为人们的研究热点,具有广阔的应用前景和不菲的研究价值。传统的视频监控系统分为模拟监控系统和数字监控系统两类,其中,数字监控系统虽然在某种程度上结合了网络和多媒体的功能,但在功能和性能上均不尽如人意。随着计算机技术、通信技术、微电子技术、网络技术的进步,实时视频压缩和传输成为可能。网络化视频监控系统在传统系统的基础上,结合最新的网络技术,使得视频监控系统从普通的安防监控平台转变为一个集多媒体服务,业务处理,安防保障,远距离交流为一体的综合性应用平台。随着微软.Net Web服务框架的推出,一种新的软件开发模式—SmartClient(智能客户端)模式应运而生,它结合了C/S模式和B/S模式的优点,将所有强大的功能、灵活性以及C/S模式的用户体验与B/S模式部署的简易性和稳定性融为一体。同时,基于对象编码,核心是基于内容的尺度可变性的MPEG-4压缩标准,也已经成为现在最重要、最有影响的多媒体数据压缩编码的国际标准之一。本文基于SmartClient模式和MPEG-4压缩标准在.Net平台下研发了网络化视频监控系统实时传输子系统。该系统从软件体系结构,软件模块,数据库,安全性方面进行了设计,并且利用强大的FrameWork2.0提供的一系列组件对其进行了实现。本系统通过测试,结果表明系统的功能、性能、运行效率等均达到相当的水平。

【Abstract】 With digital technology, multimedia communications and IP broadband network technology and the continuing development of the field of information has been made revolutionary progress. Network video surveillance system was in the sudden emergence of this trend, and become hot spots of study, has broad prospects and the application of a high research value.Traditional analog video surveillance system is divided into control systems and two digital monitoring system, including digital monitoring system although some combination of the Internet and multimedia features, but in the functional and performance are not satisfactory. With computer technology, communications technology, microelectronic technology, the advances in network technology, real-time video compression and transmission possible. Network Video Monitoring System in the traditional system on the basis of the network combined with the latest technology, the video surveillance system from ordinary Security monitoring platform into a set of multimedia services, business processes, security protection, long-distance exchange for an integrated application platform.With Microsoft. Net Web services framework for the introduction of a new software development model - SmartClient model came into being, it combines the C / S and B / S the merits, all powerful features , flexibility, as well as C / S mode user experience with B / S model and the simplicity of the deployment of integration. At the same time, based on object code, the core content of the standard is based on the variability of the MPEG-4 compression standard, has now become the most important and most influential multimedia data compression coding one of the international standards.Based on SmartClient mode, and MPEG-4 compression standard.
