【摘要】 国家体育总局于1999年11月在全国开展创建“全国篮球城市”活动,其目的是为了更好地贯彻落实全民健身计划,进一步推动中国篮球运动的普及与发展,加速我国篮球运动水平的提高和后备人才的培养。在15个“全国篮球城市”中,江苏省占到两个——丹阳市和常熟市。在新的形势下,随着国内外篮球运动的快速发展,江苏省篮球运动的发展也面临着不断的改进和调整。本文通过对江苏省的两个“全国篮球城市”的调查与研究,从中发现问题,为江苏省的篮球运动的发展和改革提出相应的建议。本文运用文献法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对江苏省两“全国篮球城市”的经济、文化、教育背景,历史沿革,管理现状,篮球运动开展现状等四个方面进行分析研究。结果显示,两市篮球运动目前存在的主要问题有:1.篮球协会发挥的作用存在较大差异,总体运作赛事能力都不够强;2.篮球运动缺乏人才和经费的支持,篮球相关产业发展缓慢;3.竞技篮球的发展跟其他“全国篮球城市”相比水平较差4.篮球比赛组织形式较单一,居民参与比赛人数少,自发性练习和比赛多;5.为外来人员参与篮球运动的组织较少,给予的人文关怀不够6.学校篮球运动的潜能没有充分挖掘,输送篮球人才较少;7.群众篮球、学校篮球、竞技篮球发展不均衡;8.体育局的工作对上级存在依赖性,体育工作缺乏自主性;针对江苏省两个“全国篮球城市”存在的问题,提出如下发展对策:加强“全国篮球城市”间的交流,借鉴其它“全国篮球城市”先进理念和方法;针对各自的不足,完善现有的管理模式;提高篮球协会的赛事运作能力;加强篮球训练和市场运营人才的培养和引进,合理配置资源促进体育产业更大的发展;以篮球为媒加快发展体育人口,大力发展篮球相关产业;构造更加良好的篮球运动环境;加强业余运动学校训练,处理好群众篮球、学校篮球与竞技篮球的关系;更多还原

【Abstract】 The General Administration of Sports founded“basketball city of China”around country in November 1999,in order to carry out the all-people body-building plan well,further promote popularization and development of China basketball sports, accelerate our country basketball sports level and enhance the sports reserve。There are two cities ,Changshu and Dangyang ,of the 15“basketball city of China”in Jiangsu Province ,nowadays,along with the domestic and foreign basketball sports’ fast development,Jiangsu Province basketball sports need to be improved and adjusted increasingly。This paper tries to point out its problem and provides some corresponding suggestion for the reform and development of the basketball sports in Jiangsu province。This paper carrys out the contrast research from four aspects on two cities, such as background of economy enviromen and culture and educational and historical evolution、management situation、basketball sports’development situation.The result indicates that there are series problems on two cities. 1. the basketball association displays function existence big difference, but overall operation sports event ability insufficient; 2. The basketball sports lacks the talented person and the funds support, the basketball related industrial development is slow; 3. Athletics basketball’s development“basketball city of China”compares the level with other to be bad 4. basketball game configuration of organization to be unitary, the resident participates in the competition population being few, spontaneous practice and compared to Sydow; 5. Participates in the basketball sports for the external personnel the organization being few, the humanities concern insufficient 6. basketball sports of school potential which gives does not have the full excavation, provides the basketball talented person to be few; 7. The populace basketball, the school basketball, athletics basketball development is imbalanced; 8. as the county-level city, the sports bureau’s work has the dependence to the higher authority, sports work randomness is big;In view of this existence’s question, this paper proposes the following development countermeasure: Strengthen the exchange in“basketball city of China”, profit the advanced idea and the method from other“basketball city of China”; consummate the existing management pattern facing respective insufficiency; enhance the operation ability of basketball association’s on sports event; training on basketball players ; Strengthen raise and introduction of the talented person on operation, dispose all resources and guid sports industry bigger development reasonably; Speeds up the development of sports population by the intermediary basketball, develop the related industry of basketball vigorously; Construct the better basketball game environment; Strengthen the training of extra-curricular movement school players ,process the mess basketball, the school basketball and athletics basketball’s relations.更多还原
