【摘要】 纵观中国男排,规则修改实施以前还可以说是亚洲强队,但是在规则修改实施以后,原本很有希望冲击世界强队行列的中国男排成绩反而一落再落,整体形势不容乐观。本文采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法、比较分析法、指标体系法等科研方法,对2006年世界男排锦标赛和2007年亚洲男排锦标赛中,中国队与其对手球队的自由人现况的分析研究,试图找出在自由人规则实施以后中国队在规则利用的技战术效果方面存在的优势与不足,以期在以后的比赛中加以改进和提高,得出以下结论:1.施行自由人规则之后,世界各国男排在队员的选材上更注重高大化、力量化,后排进攻广泛运用,跳发球的普遍使用,网上争夺更加激烈,战术简洁有效,使世界排球运动得到进一步发展。此外,队员运动寿命延长,队员平均年龄增加;中国男排则与世界男排相反,年龄趋于年轻化;在亚洲范围内中国男排的情况也是同样。2.在自由人的选取上,从目前来看,男子身高180—190cm的自由人占有较大比例。自由人年龄结构普遍较大。中国男排自由人年龄低于世界男排自由人平均年龄,身高也低于世界男排自由人的平均身高。在对自由人的使用上,各队都根据自身特点采用了以自由人为核心的一传和防守阵型,以期最大限度发挥自由人的作用。3.目前世界各国男排大都采用3人接发球阵型,中国男排国家队自由人和国外相比,比赛中发挥稳定,起球率高,中国男排自由人接发球的到位率是61.8%,已经达到了平均水平,但是失误率也相对较高,致使成绩排名很落后。自由人年龄较轻,身高不高对此有一定的限制。4.我国男排自由人的不足是防守弱于一传,自由人接球比例少,和国外相比,有较大的差距。各国男排的强力跳发和强攻能力是造成自由人接球少的重要原因;我国队员缺乏欧美队员跳发球的能力,造成我国自由人一传相对较弱。5.自由人在接发球二传环节和接扣球二传环节上关联技术效果差则影响比赛的结果,中国男排自由人本身在接发球和接扣球独立技术效果上并不差,只是在与二传技术相关联这个环节上与其他国家相比存在差距。更多还原
