体育教育专业体操普修课学生教学能力培养方法的选择与应用研究

【摘要】 体操是我国重点开展的运动项目及体育院系的必修课程,体操知识和技能是体育工作者应具备的一项素质。体操普修课在培养学生基本教学能力方面具有其它课程不可替代的作用,在体育院系课程体系中的重要地位一直不容置疑。培养学生教学能力的核心问题是科学合理地选择培养方法,并在体操教学实践中有效地运用。本文运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、等组对比实验法,在认真分析及借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,总结出体育教育专业教学时数为90学时的体操普修课对学生教学能力培养方面存在的问题;通过专家调查,得出体育教育专业教学时数为90学时的体操普修课对学生教学能力培养的9项重点内容;重点对培养学生教学能力现有的方法进行总结和完善,同时注重引入一些新颖有效的培养方法,力求从宏观的角度上构建出培养学生教学能力的合理方案。方案的设计注重多种培养方法的综合,使各个方法之间的相互作用,相互影响,做到优势互补,使内部诸要素实现优化组合,产生综合的效应,实现分阶段、有目标、有重点、递进式培养教学能力,并对选择与应用每种方法进行了分析讨论。对方案的可行性进行了的专家评价,并通过教学实验对提出的方案进一步加以验证其可行性。旨在为有效地促进体育教育专业学生教学能力的形成与发展、促进体育教师专业化发展,为体操教学提供理论和实践的参考。

【Abstract】 In our country, Gymnastics is an important sports and compulsory courses in P.E. institutes. Gymnastics knowledge and skills is the sports workers should have a quality. Gymnastics courses in training students basic teaching ability play other courses irreplaceable role in the sports department curriculum system. Gymnastics, no doubt, has been an important position. Along with the continuous deepening of reform teaching , training students basic teaching ability have become one of the main tasks. The core issue of training students teaching ability is scientific and rational choice of training methods, and the practice of teaching gymnastics in the effective use.In this paper, using methods of investigation, statistics, group comparison experiment, on the basis of analysis the exist results carefully, sum up and improve the existing methods, and focus on the introduction of some innovative and effective training methods, under the premise of 90 teaching hours, from a macro perspective to be built on a reasonable scheme of training students teaching ability . Focus on the design of a variety of comprehensive training methods, the interaction between the various methods, the effect on one another succeed in complementing to all elements within the optimal combination of the effects of a comprehensive, and the scheme of each method has been discussion and analysis.Through the expert evaluations, and through the teaching experiment further verify its feasibility. Aims to promote effectively the teaching ability of physical education students to form and development, at the same time, promote the sports teacher professional development, provide theory and practice of reference for gymnastics teaching.
