科学发展观下高校德育变革的哲学思考

【摘要】 德育是高等教育的重要组成部分,它与智育、体育等相互联系、相互促进,为我国社会主义事业培养德智体美全面发展的高级专门人才奠定重要思想道德基础。在新中国成立的五十余年中,高校德育在培养人才中发挥了重要作用,但随着新时期世界格局新的变化及我国经济政治领域改革的不断深入,高校德育面临着前所未有的挑战,在德育内容、方法、过程、评价机制方面都存在着越来越多的发展困境,社会大背景的变化直接冲击着我国的传统高校德育工作。客观地说,传统德育工作存在着目标的单一性,内容的陈旧性,实践的偏狭性;德育过程忽视了学生的主体地位,德育功能存在“功利化倾向”,德育评价机制有简单化和片面化倾向。这些问题的存在让我们进一步认识到高校德育变革的重要性、必要性和紧迫性。党的十六届三中全会明确提出了以人为本,全面协调可持续发展的科学发展观,为我们破解高校德育难题提供了思路、指明了方向,成为高校德育工作的出发点和落脚点。因此,在科学发展观视野下来探讨和研究高校德育工作变革,具有十分重要的现实意义和实践价值。本文的主要内容是通过对德育的哲学本质问题的探究,结合高校德育领域理论与实践的历史考察,对传统高校德育进行深入反思,揭示目前高校德育工作存在的弊端。在新形势下,高校德育的环境、任务、对象发生了深刻变化,需要以科学发展观为指导进行系统而深入的研究,对高校德育变革作哲学思考,对德育理念和理论作创新研究。现代社会要求高校德育必须直面社会现实,在科学发展观指导下,坚持以人为本,通过创新德育理念,使高校德育在内容、方法、模式、机制、效能上作出相应的变革,从而建构能充分发挥德育对象作用、具有良好德育环境、拥有高素质德育队伍、健全良性评价机制、注重搞活网络德育教育、重视德育心理教育的新体系。科学发展观为高校德育变革创设了新的语境、提供了新的平台、指明了新的方向。高校德育建设要以科学发展观为指导,在现代德育理念与社会现实条件互动下进行创新研究。全面贯彻科学发展观,切实推进高校德育改革与创新,有利于实现高校思想政治教育科学化,有助于增强高校德育的有效性和实效性,有利于培养高素质的社会主义现代化合格建设者和可靠接班人。

【Abstract】 Moral education is an important part of high education; it correlates and interacts with intellectual and physical education. It has laid the foundation for our socialist cause to cultivate advanced specialist who are well developed morally, intellectually, physically and atheistically. Over fifty years since the founding of New China, moral education has played an important role in training qualified personnel. However, with the change in the world pattern and the deepening of China’s economical and political reform in the new age, there exist increasing difficulties in the content, method, procedure and evaluation system of moral education. The change in social context has direct impact on our traditional college moral education.Objectively speaking, traditional moral education has the problems of simplex objective, outdated content, and limited practice and thus the moral education fail to take students as its subject in the practice. Its function has the tendency to be misled by a utilitarian viewpoint and its evaluation mechanism has the problem of being oversimplified and thus is unilateral. These problems make us realize better the importance, necessity and urgency of moral education reform in college. In the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central committee of CCP, the man-oriented, all-round, coordinate and consistent scientific concept on development has been laid down. This has provided us with the concept; it has given us the direction, and thus become the starting point and foothold of college moral education. Therefore, to discuss and to do some research on the reformation of moral education through a scientific viewpoint has a realistic meaning and practice value.Through an investigation into the essence of philosophy and together with an inspection of the history of the theory and practice of college moral education, in this article we reflects deeply upon the traditional college moral education and reveal the existing problems. In the current situation, the environment, task and object of college moral education has been greatly changed, which requires a systematic research in depth and a philosophical reflection on reformation under the direction of scientific concept of development, and an innovation research on moral education concept and theory. The modern society requires that college moral education should face directly to social reality. Under the direction of scientific concept on development, we should persist in giving fundamental consideration to the students. Through the innovation of moral education concept, we should adopt corresponding renovation in the content, methods, modes, systems, effectiveness of college moral education and thus establish a new system which can bring the object of moral education into full play, build up a good moral education environment, provide high-qualified teaching staff, and create a healthy appraisal mechanism, put a high premium on invigorating the moral education through internet, and pay special attention to moral education.The scientific concept on development will provide the college moral education with new environment, platform, and direction. The college moral education should be directed by the scientific concept on development and carry out research on the innovation under the interaction of modern moral education concept and social reality. To fully implement the principle of scientific concept on development, to truly promote the reform and renovation of college moral education helps to realize the scientization of college ideological and political education and improve its effectiveness and efficiency, and helps to cultivate qualified builders of socialist modernization and reliable successors.
