【摘要】 地方高校成人教育是我国成人高等教育体系的重要组成部分,有其自身的办学特点、区域优势、社会职能和历史使命。进入新世纪,长江三角洲经济发展日新月异,“长三角”的经济综合实力和竞争活力优势更加明显,日益成为中国经济发展的龙头。面对新的机遇和挑战,“长三角”地方高校成人教育应增强自身办学核心竞争力,加强区域协作与联合,更好地为“长三角”经济建设服务;“长三角”地方高校成人教育要将自身拥有的资源优势,通过机制创新、优化组合,发挥最佳效益,将竞争实力和可持续发展潜力转化为直接推动“长三角”经济发展和社会进步的现实动力。本文以核心竞争力理论为分析框架,以经验反思为主线,主要采用文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈法,探讨了地方高校成教办学核心竞争力的内涵与特征,引进“SWOT”分析法对“长三角”地方高校成教办学竞争形势进行分析,研究“长三角”地方高校成教办学面临的新机遇与挑战,客观地分析“长三角”地方高校成教办学现状及存在的问题与困难,针对“长三角”地方高校成教办学特点及新时期赋予的历史使命,从管理创新、资源整合、经营成教、质量为本、树立品牌、师资优配、战略谋划、多元组合等八个方面初步提出了培育与提升“长三角”地方高校成教办学核心竞争力的对策及其可持续发展实现机制,以期为“长三角”地方高校成教办学作一些基础性研究工作和区域性的贡献,对地方高校的竞争与发展提供一定的理论指导与现实借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adult education in local universities is an important and integral part of the national higher adult education system. It has its own characteristics, advantages, social functions and historical missions. In the new century, Yangtze Delta is proving itself more and more clearly the lead of national economy with its remarkable economic comprehensive power and vigor in competition. Facing with new opportunities and challenges, core competitiveness of adult higher education with the local universities in the Yangtze Delta must be strengthened through local coordination and combination to serve better the economy in Yangtze Delta region. Besides, adult higher education in the Delta region should play its own advantages in resources to the full by means of system innovation, optimization and combination. In this way, its competitive force and potentialities of sustainable development can be converted into the practical power in directly driving the economic growth and social advancement of the Delta region.This paper bases itself on the analytical framework of core competitiveness theory with the empirical study and reflection as the clue, mainly making use of the following research methods: literature study method, questionnaire and survey study method, and interview method. It delves into the connotations and characteristics of adult higher education core competitiveness in local universities. In the way of "SWOT"analysis,It analyzes the competition situation of local universities adult higher education in the Yangtze Delta region. The paper also reviews the new opportunities and challenges faced by the local adult higher education of local universities in the Delta region and objectively analyzes its real situations, problems and difficulties. In view of the characteristics and the historical missions of the new century in the adult higher education of the local universities in the Delta region, this paper proposes the solutions and the mechanism of realizing sustainable development from eight aspects, namely, management innovation, resources integration, adult education operation, quality priority, brand establishment, optimized allocation of teacher resource, strategic planning, multi-faceted combination aiming at nurturing and advancing the core competitiveness of the local universities adult education in the Yangtze Delta region to lay some founding work for the study of the local universities adult education and provide some theoretical guide for the competition and development of the local universities.更多还原
