【摘要】 按照建设社会主义市场经济的要求,通过比较并借鉴国外在征地补偿工作中的实际经验和具体做法,从完善法制的角度,反思我们在推进城市化进程中的不当做法,依照征地补偿相关理论的要求,切实修改和完善我们的征地补偿的法律法规,让全体人民共享改革开放的成果,保障困难人群的基本生活条件,保证农村居民的生活水平不降低,并且给他们提供长期稳定全面的法律保障,如建立失地农民的社会保障体系、提高农民的法律意识、健全失地农民权益救济的途径和方式,切实推进我国的城乡一体化进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the request of the construction of socialistic marketing economy,through comparing and drawing lessons from abroad actual experience and concrete ways,from the angle of perfecting the legal system, introspecting the inappropriate methods in the progress of pushing forward the cities’civilization, adhere to the related request of land expropriation compensation’s theory, modifying and perfecting laws and rules related with the land expropriation compensation actually, let all people share the result of reform and opening, guarantee the basic living condition of the difficult crowd, and iving level of the village residents,at the same time provide stable and overall legal guarantee for them in a longer period, such as the establishment of a series of social guarantee system, raising the legal consciousness of the farmer, establishing the relieved pathes and ways of right of losing the land’s farmers,pushing ahead with the integrated progress of our countries’ city and village actually.更多还原
